家庭旅行 如果你期待5星級酒店般服務 不建議選擇 會失望 特別是在80樓餐廳 We are not satisfied with the service at your restaurant. Firstly, the lady who at the front desk is impolite , she sounds not patient at all even she keep saying “perfect !,good choice! Beautiful! She keep rushing us to pick the the table at the bar or the outside table,while my son was thinking for like 5seconds. Afterthat, we would like to order another coffee,here’s the exactly conversation, Me”may I have another iced white .” Staff” iced what?” am I at the five -star hotel? In my understanding,Service language is a very basic skill in a well trained company. I still want to compliment your staff named “Ash” ,she is the only one who tidy up my table and ask in a up to standard language, appreciate that she offer the second helping coffee. All in all , we are not going to pick your group again in our next travel. My opinion is please well train your team,they are working in the world-class brand but not the food court .
