Enjoy this 4 story unattached town home with a fantastic view of the city from 4th level rooftop deck! Contemporary living, smart-enabled access, rooftop view of the city, garage parking, complete with Wifi, stainless steel appliances, comfy sectional for additional sleeping area, smart surround sound system, second floor deck, 3 bedrooms available, 3.5 baths available. Due to owner’s allergies, this is a smoke-free, pet free home. We are walking distance from NRG stadium and the medical center. Minutes from Downtown, Pearland and the the Galleria area.This is a smart house complete with alarm system, keyless entry, smart thermometers, and camera on the first floor, entrance and exit and one space in covered garage. Absolutely, NO PARTIES/EVENTS on the property. If we see more people entering the house than what was specified at booking, we will contact the police to have you removed from the property immediately. You will then be assessed a fine of $1000 (forfeit of damage deposit). Check in: 3pmCheckout: 11amParking:Free street parking on Engelmohr Street and Knight Rd, but may get a ticket or towed for parking on Naomi Street. Please DO NOT park in the alley directly behind the garage door. There is one spot in the garage. Send me your email to gain remote access for garage. Also, feel free to park in front of house, across Knight Road on Engelmohr Street. Wifi:WIFIMENOW1 - YellowhearT33 Front Entrance: Door code will be sent separately. Door auto lock after 30 seconds. Registered Guests Only:No external guests are allowed in the property apart from registered guests for overnight stays. There will be a $100 nightly fee for any additional guest that has not been listed on the reservation. Smoke Free:This is a smoke free property. This includes legal and illegal substances. 酒店的位置特別好。去Rice U開車不到6，7分鐘；酒店周圍許多餐廳，Jack in the box隔窗相望，一個BBQ餐廳就在隔壁，稍微走幾步有panda express, 也可以滿足一下對中餐的需要，購買水果食品邊上有Fiesta大超市，為入學的孩子購買日用品，馬路對麪就是Target. 另外，邊上走路距離有Bank of America, Tmobile, 對麪有Verizon. 極其方便。比Rice邊上的酒店要方便得多。早餐即使簡單，但也不錯，住了一周也沒吃厭，貝果，羊角包，cupcake, waffle, 牛奶酸奶，cream cheese, 炒蛋，煮蛋，肉餅，培根等，加上水果，各種飲料，很健康平衡。酒店也是很乾凈，整個酒店禁煙，所以不要用擔心有煙味。

湖泊垂釣:酒店停車場對面有個湖，可以釣魚，小朋友釣上來一條小魚，狠開心～ 歡迎水果:有的，可以自己帶過去一點水果，零食。 預訂的房間是二樓長户兩面牆都是玻璃，滿眼綠色，第一天大雨，山中聽雨，別有一番趣味，第二天晴天，湖邊垂釣，大大的草地上有露營帳篷，我想秋天過來一場露天燒烤也是不錯的選擇。我們帶着狗狗🐶，繳納50元清理費用就可以和我們同住啦～工作人員們都狠友善，前台也是熱情服務，酒店爆滿，退房的時候送了我們一盒農家土雞蛋，和咖啡～很贊😎，還會再來～

下午5點這樣到民宿的，説實話，看到周邊的環境已經不想下車了，就是很普通的村裡，民宿面積很小，是我近幾年住的最小的一個民宿，沒有之一……房間有個大陽台還是不錯的，房間水龍頭是壞的，抬不起來……水龍頭出冷熱水標誌也是反的，導致我放半天沒有熱水，結果他標的有錯誤……工作人員提出升級房間，我嫌太麻煩了，沒有換，後來送了圍爐煮茶，不過圍爐煮茶的紅薯也是一言難盡，兩個巨大的紫薯，兩個很小的白薯，紫薯有一個還是壞的，我也沒見過烤，紫薯的……再説説第二天的早飯吧，一碗清湯麪條，煎了一個雞蛋在裏面，連一根青菜都沒有，一個水煮蛋也沒有，我問了工作人員，人家説人多的時候早飯就豐富一點，我紅薯，雞蛋什麼的，現在人少，我硬着頭皮吃了一半的麪條吃不下去，讓工作人員煮一點水餃送到房間，不過他家那個蘿蔔小菜味道還可以，不然我真吃不下去！民宿衞生還可以，也很安靜，退房還送了一袋青菜🥬！就這樣了，反正第一次也是最後一次了，僅供參考……

東營賓館評價環境真的非常得好賓館的裝修真的非常的棒，我敢打賭説一點也不低於漢庭維納斯之內的酒店，裝修真的非常的有格調，環境也非常的棒。唯一感到不足的就是有2點，首先是沒有提供一次性拖鞋，第二次沒有提供瓶裝水這兩個雖然要不了多少錢，但是説實話，我住旅館也住了很多次了，也是第一次遇到沒有提供這兩個的，但是不得不説環境真的非常的棒非常的乾淨，而且價格也非常的實惠，強烈的推薦大家來住，希望老闆在這方面後續再改進改進吧。這個真是廬江的寶藏賓館，之前來住的時候一直沒有發現，下次來廬江還住這。還有一點連抽紙都沒有抽紙都不提供，這個怎麼説呢？還是可以接受的，因為這乾淨衞生裝修都非常的滿意。超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

環境設施很好，小朋友很喜歡，但前台服務很差，送的小朋友禮物想換個顏色，直接拒絕沒時間，問了領導在不在想溝通下，直接回復領導很忙沒時間，工作忙不是你態度差的理由，而且沒有任何解釋，就跟欠了房費沒給一樣，趕着我們走，本身就是親子酒店，孩子們玩到最後不高興，辛苦投入這麼大引流最後留不住人，實在是讓人很不爽

這次入住體驗非常滿意！周邊餐館很多，非常方便，尤其是停車場很大，停車位充足，對於我這種不怎麼會停車的人很友好，也不需要到處找停車位的，房間雖然不算特別大，但佈置得很温馨，床墊軟硬適中，落地窗顯的房間特別明亮，衞生狀況也不錯，浴室和床單都乾淨整潔。前台服務態度熱情，辦理入住很快，還主動幫忙升級了房型，晚上洗過澡去洗衣房洗衣服，發現幾台洗衣機都有人在洗，當時已經很晚了，前台很熱情的説幫忙洗衣服，幫忙烘乾，真的很好，早上退房的時候來前台拿衣服，小姐姐給疊的整整齊齊的，很貼心，還有早餐種類也很豐富，尤其是現煮的麪條，味道真的很不錯，整體來説性價比還是很高的，下次來還選擇這家！
