我們在這裏住得很好,酒店很大,停車安全可靠。很乾淨,位置很可愛。早餐很好吃,提供很多選擇。缺點,但是接待速度很慢,入住花了很長時間。游泳池很可愛,只是在炎熱的一天後你需要的東西和探索,再次的壞點,他們幾乎沒有任何太陽躺椅。很多人不得不在地板上使用毛巾,不理想,絕對不放鬆。我們只計算了這麼大酒店的30個躺椅。游泳池周圍沒有椅子,他們有一個巨大的甲板,幾乎沒有任何傢俱。這樣的恥辱,你不能享受游泳池或甲板區。

這是我們第二次選擇這家酒店去查拉哥薩,這次他們有個細節讓我們失望了。原因?我們認爲,缺乏組織。上週六,一連的第一會聚會與所有客人相,我們不少人。問題是向客人提供晚餐...所有酒店房間都忙於活動,所以客人把我們帶到客人旁邊的四桌小酒吧裏。不僅不是吃飯的好地方(小、聲、不舒服、步,... ) , 而且他們甚至都不介意改變菜單,因爲那就是前一天的菜單。雖然他們確實給你提供一封信,包括配餐、三明治、沙拉、漢堡,...如果不喜歡日常菜單。我們認爲,如果晚餐時間爲20-22小時,那麼活動應該由此安排,以便在那時已經有一間餐廳供客人吃飯。

这是我们第一次住在这家酒店。我们这样做是因为我们正在帮助一门课程，该课程在隔壁的 WTC 教授。优越的地理位置，隔壁就是“Gran casa”购物中心。房间非常舒适。浴室很宽敞。床很舒服。事实上，房间不是太大，让暖气立即被注意到。我们离开得很开心

位於市中心的一家極好的精品酒店,具有現代和時尚的氛圍。酒吧/用餐區外的裝修和房間現代且非常舒適,對於價格合理的酒店來說也遠遠高於平均水平。位於市中心的位置(靠近火車站)非常適合步行進入市中心(阿爾方斯1大道)。許多主要旅遊景點都在步行距離之內,而這座城市本身在夜間繁忙而有趣,有許多景點可以觀賞,包括宏偉的大教堂、畫廊以及哥特式和羅馬式遺址。衆多的tapas酒吧和其他餐廳,放置在衆多舊街景中,確實很棒,雖然不便宜,但物有所值。薩拉戈薩和酒店值得偏愛,就像西班牙最好的一些。

睡過頭錯過了早餐，好氣哦。建議各位不要提早訂帶早餐的，到店支付7.5歐，提前訂也差不多沒優惠的。酒店就在zaragoza站的前麪，找起來有一點點困難，從正門穿過大廣場和一條馬路就到了。周邊沒有任何餐廳，可以叫外賣，房裡有telepizza的菜單，也可以glovo啥的訂，但是真的慢。酒店人員還算不錯，外賣沒有餐具，問了下前台還給我們提供了餐具。zaragoza站內有一個歐洲之星可能更方便吧要是想第二天直接坐車的話，不過也差不多。設施都還不錯，畢竟很便宜，房間挺大的，mini吧也很便宜，總的來說不錯。

在“Be Zaragoza Hostel”名稱的預訂中發現,作爲位於市中心附近最便宜的住(5月3日共計52歐元)。一旦從機場巴士(卡門門站)下車,他們就等你12分鐘的步行,但是酒店很方便來參觀城市,10牀的房間相當舒適。第一晚我因爲門不睡,然後在我後面,用卡還有舒適的,在牀邊,心的工作人員。普通的所得淨,在裏一個音樂俱樂部,在我期間,一羣著名的日本人的擊...表演!

這個酒店真的不錯，價廉物美，位置也很好，出門逛街和去主要景點都很近。就是停車稍微麻煩一點點（汽車坐電梯上下地下停車場），車太大的話就不太方便進出了。

Hotel horrible. La habitación muy sucia y vieja. Había lamparones en las sábanas y los sillones. La manta de la cama estaba sucia. Se lo dijimos a la de la limpieza y dijo que era así. Horrible. El peor hotel en el que he estado.

Having my sleep abruptly interrupted just after 8 AM in the morning by three very loud knocks on my bedroom door. My first instinct was we must be evacuating and so I've seldom shot out of bed so fast and opened the door thinking my life was is imminent danger to be told by the cleaning lady that it was her who knocked and her job is cleaning. It's just gone 8 O' Clock in the morning and the cleaning lady has abruptly woken me and check-out is 11:30AM. I told her I didn't understand why she would do that and I got the shoulder shrug and a sorry. I rang reception to complain that my sleep was abruptly interrupted and was informed by Reception that it was a mistake and she would talk to the Manager and ring me back. With no hope of more sleep to be had we got ready and packed our things and went to Reception. At Reception I was told she had spoken to the Manager and it was a mistake and that the next time I stay they will waive the Parking Charge. I said if you were genuinely acknowledging the mistake and wanted to make a goodwill gesture the Parking Fee could be waived on this visit. I was told it was not possible. I don't think that means it was impossible just that we admit we made a 'mistake' and if you are willing to spend more of your money with us we will then make a goodwill gesture. So now it's a case of not only was the service bad due to a 'mistake' I am having my intelligence insulted also. This is also a ruse used by disreputable people to keep coining it in. Anyhow I said there won't be a next time and I asked if it was Hotel Policy to wake Guests who haven't breakfast booked. The cognitive decline in her ability to understand English was so fast I was not concerned for her well-being. That vacant look when someone has slipped into neutral. So here we have a Customer paying over €100 who has his complaint acknowledged and we will make it right the next time you stay if ever. I won't as I paid for a good night's sleep and didn't get it.
