The sun is strong in the summer so bring a hat, and wear comfortable shoes.ABOUT PARKING: My garden level condo comes with Free Parking for one car between the hours of your check-in and check-out in a gated above ground parking lot. The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 & 1/2 Blocks away and available for you if you are coming to Vail earlier than your check-in or if you want to stay later than your check-out. My housekeeper needs the parking pass after you check out so please leave it for her.ABOUT MY CONDO: My condo is a studio condo - like a hotel room with a full kitchen. It is garden level so 6 steps down and it comes with free parking for one car in a gated parking lot located just outside the condo! There is a closet in the entry with several options for hanging or folding clothes and storing shoes. An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. There is also a Queen Sized bed, futon, 5 drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. The hair dryer can be found under the sink and toilet paper is also provided.Stretch your legs out on the Queen sized bed (new in 2016) or the futon. I provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and so much more. Dining is at the bar in the kitchen. My kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. It is also stocked with dishes and coffee cups that are a service for 8. Wine glasses, silverware, towels, pot holders, paper towels, cooking utensils, knives, toaster, blender, crock pot and Gotham Steele pots and pans. The coffee machine is auto drip coffee maker takes round filters. It is a standard 8 cup auto drip coffee maker and again takes round paper filters.The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated but also digitally operated by downloading the app). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.I have much pride in my condo and since I live here in Vail I do frequent walk through and quality checks. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. If you notice any burnt out bulbs, or things that need repair, don't hesitate to text me and let me know. My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, again, please let me know. As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car between the hours of check in and check out. If you want a clean condo then respect that my housekeeper needs the parking pass between departure and the next arrival. This garden level condo is a studio condo and best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard and my rates are the best in Vail Village! TRIP INSURANCE: Consider adding trip insurance. VRBO provides a link for trip insurance. Adding this to your reservation may cover your non-refundable trip costs if you have to cancel because you or a companion gets sick or injured before your trip. This 5500 square foot home is located between Vail and Beaver Creek on the side of the mountain and has a spectacular 30 mile view down the mountains. Its spacious size allows for a gathering of friends or family andhas all the extras.The home has a large oversized gourmet kitchen with a center island. Four of the bedrooms have king beds. One of the other has a set of twin beds with a queen sleeper, the other has two sets of bunkbeds (full down and twin above).The home has three levels, each with great view and two living areas. The grand room is 35 x 35 with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling glass. The rec room on the lower level has a sitting area in front of built in cabinetry with TV, stereo, DVD, etc. Also on that level is a competition pool table and an 8 foot bar. 酒店就在1903商圈邊上，逛街很方便，但是酒店的老舊程度真是一言難盡，我們房間裏的廁所趟門是卡住拉不出來的，隔音巨差，半夜1夜被同層的小孩吵到睡不差，空調開着開着半夜自己停了!!! 凌晨被熱和悶醒，我都不敢相信哪家酒店的空調會差成這樣，總之是睡眠質量最差的一晚，作為一家酒店來説是不及格的。有一説一，早餐很好吃，大家自己衡量吧…

一、不足 1.酒店房間是LOFT户型，上下樓梯角度較直，應在上下樓顯眼位置設定標識提示，而且二樓卧室護欄較矮（1.1米左右），未達到1.3米的國家標準，存在安全隱患。消防應急用具存放地點應設定標識告示。 2.房間浴室空間較小，175cm左右身型較大的住客沐浴時容易磕碰置物架。 3.房間內的牆畫個人感覺更換為風景畫會比較適宜（雲南那麼美，景點那麼多），樓梯下的電腦桌建議更換位置（窗邊），上下樓會有灰塵，不利於健康，個人覺得改成旅行箱置物櫃會比較合適。 4.沙發對面牆畫處如果設定一塊全身鏡，方便住客出門前整理着裝會加分。房間WIFI信號飄忽，建議酒店排查改善。二、優點 1.酒店位置很不錯，邊上有吾悦購物中心，五華體育場，大河埂地鐵站就在吾悦購物中心肯德基旁。酒店樓下還有自駕租車點，出行購物自駕很方便。 2.此次入住房間面向小區，環境安全，房間內乾淨也很安靜，面積較寬敞，房間內沒有下水道的異味，適合3口之家出行入住，而且入住退房手續都很方便。 3.此次出差測試地點距離酒店不遠，樓下小黃車很多，騎行距離都不用跨區（1.4km），方便省事。原定入住5晚，由於進度較快4天就完成，提前退房（下午14點前）手續簡單退款及時，體驗很哇塞。此次入住悦享體驗很好，估計是和椿禧同個東家，入住手續是在椿禧前台辦理。酒店就是一個LOFT户型的快捷酒店，價格便宜服務優質，個人出差工作地點在王筇（qiong第二聲，同瓊）路附近的建議首選。

國慶老闆一家不在，委託了旁邊茶葉店的帥哥在，所以下午16.30到的時候帥哥還不知道有預訂，雖然我提前電話了老闆，但是老闆沒有跟帥哥提前打招呼，所以剛下暴雨我們在外面等了一會有點涼。整體環境和房間裝修細節還蠻喜歡的，是老闆自家的房子，就四間，插座開關是公牛的，床和柜子是直拼板的實木，住着挺放心的，窗外風景也很好，值得推薦。

這次入住的酒店真的太棒了！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地為我介紹了周邊的美食和景點。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又温馨，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一覺睡到天亮。衞生方面更是無可挑剔，每天都有專人打掃，物品擺放整齊。酒店的早餐種類豐富，有各種中西式美食，味道也很不錯。總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，下次來這個城市我還會選擇這家酒店。

一次非常糟糕的選擇。1、入住時間正值最冷時刻，酒店號稱中央空調，制熱開到35度，但房間温度一晚都在18度左右。2、最奇葩的是早餐。訂房時含早餐，入住時給了兩早餐卷。早上按時到二樓餐廳，發現裏面空空如也，到廚房問詢阿姨，她電話聯繫前台後告知，早餐巳打包到前台，到前台領取後看到如下早餐：二個雞蛋、一包早餐奶、一個小麪包、一小瓶礦泉水、一個橙🥵！前台解釋今天早餐阿姨休假，但她不知我已去廚房見到了廚師。如此酒店能給好評嗎？值得向朋友推薦嗎？建議攜程網認真管理一下。
