Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, Northwoods condominiums provides easy access to Golden Peak Lifts and Children's Ski School. This Ski-in Ski-Out 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom property gives you easy access to the slopes. You walk out your door, put your skis on and ski down to Chair 6 in Golden Peak or a short walk over to Gondola 1 in Vail Village. At the end of the day, ski through the tunnel under Golden Peak to the condo. Follow the path back to your spacious condo.There is a hot tub, pool (see schedule below of when it’s open ) sauna, steam room and exercise room at the complex.There is a large grand room, 6 person round dining table, sectional couch with spectacular views of Vail Mountain and Vail Valley. There is a fireplace and flat screen TV in the grand room. This place will make you feel as if you are home. The kitchen has everything you will need from coffee maker to SubZero refrigerator to all Wolf appliances. There are two bedrooms located on the main level and three bedrooms located on the lower level, upstairs there is a kids bedroom with two twin beds. There are two master bedrooms each with steam showers. One on the main level and lower level. The main level has a master bedroom with a king and flat screen tv and full bathroom with steam shower, the second bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The bedrooms downstairs are as follows; One master bedroom with a king bed, flatscreen TV and its own bathroom with a steam shower and a fireplace. Another King bed with a full bathroom and flat screen TV, 2 queen beds with a full bathroom, flat screen TV. On the main level there is a designated boot dryer room and ski locker. There is also a powder room. The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 & 1/2 Blocks away and available for you if you are coming to Vail earlier than your check-in or if you want to stay later than your check-out. My housekeeper needs the parking pass after you check out so please leave it for her.ABOUT MY CONDO: My condo is a studio condo - like a hotel room with a full kitchen. It is garden level so 6 steps down and it comes with free parking for one car in a gated parking lot located just outside the condo! There is a closet in the entry with several options for hanging or folding clothes and storing shoes. An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. There is also a Queen Sized bed, futon, 5 drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. The hair dryer can be found under the sink and toilet paper is also provided.Stretch your legs out on the Queen sized bed (new in 2016) or the futon. I provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and so much more. Dining is at the bar in the kitchen. My kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. It is also stocked with dishes and coffee cups that are a service for 8. Wine glasses, silverware, towels, pot holders, paper towels, cooking utensils, knives, toaster, blender, crock pot and Gotham Steele pots and pans. The coffee machine is auto drip coffee maker takes round filters. It is a standard 8 cup auto drip coffee maker and again takes round paper filters.The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated but also digitally operated by downloading the app). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.I have much pride in my condo and since I live here in Vail I do frequent walk through and quality checks. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. If you notice any burnt out bulbs, or things that need repair, don't hesitate to text me and let me know. My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, again, please let me know. As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car between the hours of check in and check out. If you want a clean condo then respect that my housekeeper needs the parking pass between departure and the next arrival. This garden level condo is a studio condo and best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard and my rates are the best in Vail Village! TRIP INSURANCE: Consider adding trip insurance. VRBO provides a link for trip insurance. Adding this to your reservation may cover your non-refundable trip costs if you have to cancel because you or a companion gets sick or injured before your trip. PLEASE consider this.CANCELLATION POLICY: I allow a full refund for any cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. 酒店品質真的很不錯，是我們年輕人喜歡的簡約風格，走進大堂給人的感覺就是高端大氣，香薰味道特別好聞，看得出來酒店老闆特別有品位。酒店服務也是贊讚的，在我們入住當天，還接到酒店打來的電話，還告訴我們呈貢第二天的天氣情況，提醒合理攜帶衣物，瞬間幸福感爆棚，有一種被家人重視的感覺，點贊點贊 ，房間衞生也特別乾淨，洗澡熱水很大很舒服。環境特別優美，酒店周邊交通也十分方便，離高鐵站也不遠，晚上我們打車出去玩，滴滴司機接單也特別快。早餐特別豐富，還有我特別喜歡的昆明米線，特別的好吃，酒店附近吃點東西也很多，燒烤、炒菜火鍋，吃的也很方便。總之對酒店很滿意，很開心，極力推薦!贊贊贊

酒店就在1903商圈邊上，逛街很方便，但是酒店的老舊程度真是一言難盡，我們房間裏的廁所趟門是卡住拉不出來的，隔音巨差，半夜1夜被同層的小孩吵到睡不差，空調開着開着半夜自己停了!!! 凌晨被熱和悶醒，我都不敢相信哪家酒店的空調會差成這樣，總之是睡眠質量最差的一晚，作為一家酒店來説是不及格的。有一説一，早餐很好吃，大家自己衡量吧…

一、不足 1.酒店房間是LOFT户型，上下樓梯角度較直，應在上下樓顯眼位置設定標識提示，而且二樓卧室護欄較矮（1.1米左右），未達到1.3米的國家標準，存在安全隱患。消防應急用具存放地點應設定標識告示。 2.房間浴室空間較小，175cm左右身型較大的住客沐浴時容易磕碰置物架。 3.房間內的牆畫個人感覺更換為風景畫會比較適宜（雲南那麼美，景點那麼多），樓梯下的電腦桌建議更換位置（窗邊），上下樓會有灰塵，不利於健康，個人覺得改成旅行箱置物櫃會比較合適。 4.沙發對面牆畫處如果設定一塊全身鏡，方便住客出門前整理着裝會加分。房間WIFI信號飄忽，建議酒店排查改善。 二、優點 1.酒店位置很不錯，邊上有吾悦購物中心，五華體育場，大河埂地鐵站就在吾悦購物中心肯德基旁。酒店樓下還有自駕租車點，出行購物自駕很方便。 2.此次入住房間面向小區，環境安全，房間內乾淨也很安靜，面積較寬敞，房間內沒有下水道的異味，適合3口之家出行入住，而且入住退房手續都很方便。 3.此次出差測試地點距離酒店不遠，樓下小黃車很多，騎行距離都不用跨區（1.4km），方便省事。原定入住5晚，由於進度較快4天就完成，提前退房（下午14點前）手續簡單退款及時，體驗很哇塞。 此次入住悦享體驗很好，估計是和椿禧同個東家，入住手續是在椿禧前台辦理。酒店就是一個LOFT户型的快捷酒店，價格便宜服務優質，個人出差工作地點在王筇（qiong第二聲，同瓊）路附近的建議首選。

國慶老闆一家不在，委託了旁邊茶葉店的帥哥在，所以下午16.30到的時候帥哥還不知道有預訂，雖然我提前電話了老闆，但是老闆沒有跟帥哥提前打招呼，所以剛下暴雨我們在外面等了一會有點涼。整體環境和房間裝修細節還蠻喜歡的，是老闆自家的房子，就四間，插座開關是公牛的，床和柜子是直拼板的實木，住着挺放心的，窗外風景也很好，值得推薦。

這次的入住還是比較滿意的，預訂酒店當天就接到服務員的確認電話，有詢問我是否需要停車以及房間需不需要安排安靜房等，感覺酒店還是蠻貼心的。到酒店後小哥哥主動幫我們提行李辦理入住，還給小朋友送了盲盒小禮物，小孩很喜歡，孩子開心我們也覺得很好。酒店的早餐種類也蠻多的，有雲南的米線還有豆花，都挺好吃的。

在上班期間看了很多家，對比一下前面的評論， 有評價差的有評價好的。想的是到店在看一下在確認。房間光線好，離中心位置近，離火車站近。如果碰到事情給老闆反應後會立即給予處理 。還有就是他家的礦泉水像不要錢買的，工作人員有可能是家裡人碰見一次就會説拿礦泉水喝。總體感覺挺不錯的。
