地理位置佳，出行方便。步行到老碼頭丶唐人街15－20分鐘。房間很大，有沙發，洗漱用品，電熱水壺，1.8米大牀，很乾淨，獨立衛生間，安靜。出門左手邊十字路口對角步行三分鐘有地鐵站，會路過右手邊美麗的教堂。治安很好，周邊10分鐘步行酒巴林立。酒店出門右手邊有去機場的大巴。

房間還不錯，正常酒店水平。酒店地理位置極佳，近機場大巴和酒店，近chinatown和教堂，走路15分鐘就到。早餐人較多，就餐環境擁擠。有兩個需要注意的，一是空調是在地上的，製冷時聲音略大。二是屋內無主燈。其餘都很滿意。

飯店房間非常寬敞，設計精美，配有一張舒適的大床。飯店還設有桑拿浴室，可以欣賞到美麗的城市天際線。飯店位置就在貝裡-魁北克大學蒙特利爾分校站北側，交通便利，但該地區本身並不特別安全，夏季期間，顯然有很多無家可歸、成癮和精神健康問題的人會去周圍的社區公園閒逛。飯店員工總體上都很樂於助人，儘管我們幾次向前台提出要求，但需要跟進。房間內的設施感覺維護得很好。唯一的缺點是沒有提供免費瓶裝水，我們必須從酒店大廳的商店買水，價格貴得離譜，考慮到我們支付的房費，我們覺得這有點荒謬。總的來說，我會推薦這家酒店，因為它比其他酒店便宜，但這需要付出代價，因為酒店的區域安全和設施有所欠缺。

很客觀地評價，這個價位和位置就不要什麼服務和環境了，對面沒多遠好像是Hyatt，完全不同的價錢。但是這家店最令人不妥的地方是，前台要求刷保證金的時候竟然在記錄我的信用卡號碼，過了沒幾天銀行就説懷疑我卡被盜刷，一直在無卡交易失敗。幸好我沒有相信她的解釋而是轉頭就把信用卡的付款鎖打開，才沒有發生損失。整個行程所有酒店沒有一家是記錄我的信用卡訊息的，都是直接pos機刷卡凍結，這才是常規操作。其他的大家自己想吧。
