The Village is full of great shops and award winning restaurants. It is a pedestrian only Village which really adds to its charm and character. Stay in my condo and never drive again until you leave! The sun is strong in the summer so bring a hat, and wear comfortable shoes.ABOUT PARKING: My garden level condo comes with Free Parking for one car between the hours of your check-in and check-out in a gated above ground parking lot. The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 & 1/2 Blocks away and available for you if you are coming to Vail earlier than your check-in or if you want to stay later than your check-out. My housekeeper needs the parking pass after you check out so please leave it for her.ABOUT MY CONDO: My condo is a studio condo - like a hotel room with a full kitchen. It is garden level so 6 steps down and it comes with free parking for one car in a gated parking lot located just outside the condo! There is a closet in the entry with several options for hanging or folding clothes and storing shoes. An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. There is also a Queen Sized bed, futon, 5 drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. The hair dryer can be found under the sink and toilet paper is also provided.Stretch your legs out on the Queen sized bed (new in 2016) or the futon. I provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and so much more. Dining is at the bar in the kitchen. My kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. It is also stocked with dishes and coffee cups that are a service for 8. Wine glasses, silverware, towels, pot holders, paper towels, cooking utensils, knives, toaster, blender, crock pot and Gotham Steele pots and pans. The coffee machine is auto drip coffee maker takes round filters. It is a standard 8 cup auto drip coffee maker and again takes round paper filters.The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated but also digitally operated by downloading the app). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.I have much pride in my condo and since I live here in Vail I do frequent walk through and quality checks. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. If you notice any burnt out bulbs, or things that need repair, don't hesitate to text me and let me know. My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, again, please let me know. As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car between the hours of check in and check out. If you want a clean condo then respect that my housekeeper needs the parking pass between departure and the next arrival. This garden level condo is a studio condo and best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard and my rates are the best in Vail Village! TRIP INSURANCE: Consider adding trip insurance. VRBO provides a link for trip insurance. Adding this to your reservation may cover your non-refundable trip costs if you have to cancel because you or a companion gets sick or injured before your trip. PLEASE consider this.CANCELLATION POLICY: I allow a full refund for any cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. For the Christmas thru New Year dates I allow a full refund for any cancelation made 60 days prior to arrival. Please consider Trip Insurance. There is wood-look tile flooring in the kitchen, living area and hall.Two full bathrooms have been updated, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a deep soaking bathtub with shower. There are alder wood doors and extensive woodwork within the condo, including new carpet in the master bedroom. This is an excellently maintained property and offers a fantastic location in Vail Village on the edge of Gore Creek and within steps of many restaurants, shops, ski lifts and Ford Park for summer and fall activities. The property offers two hot tubs on a deck and an outdoor pool heated year-round. There is a ski shuttle managed by our staff that runs daily in the winter months as an option to walking to and from the ski lifts. Our very popular shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon.Condo 401 has only ONE reserved parking space and it’s in the underground parking garage. It is located on the lower bottom level of the garage and is marked as space 401. Full size cars and SUV’s should clear the garage, however, oversized vehicles will not. There is a 79” height limit. There are also a few additional guest parking spaces located on the top deck of the garage. You will need a guest-parking pass from the front office to use one of these guest spaces. They are very limited and not always available. 酒店比較舊了，但是維護的還不錯。來慕張messe參加展會。酒店臨近慕張本鄉站，需要坐公交車到海濱幕張站。早飯需要額外付費，總體來説兩天的早飯都比較豐富。前台可以問要一下泡澡的浴鹽。車站出來有一家炸豬排咖喱店味道不錯，量大管飽。兩家臨酒店的便利店沒什麼好吃的。

距離蘇我站很近。去東京市區的話，也方便。大概990日元單程，一個小時多些。主要這裏價格便宜。還有公共温泉。温泉營業時間很長，下午15點到次日10點。温泉很小的一個池子，帶三個坐淋和一個小桑拿房。晚上有免費小冰棍，早上有免費養樂多。夜裡21:30～23:00有免費的夜宵麪條。整體還是不錯的，房間比市區商務酒店還大一些些。附近有好幾家日本居民去的超市，尤其這家步行10分鐘不到的BELC我很喜歡。營業到24點，20點開始部分生鮮打20%，21點開始打50%。體會到了日本人夜裡搶半價的樂趣。尤其生魚片，種類很多，也很新鮮。

酒店交通很方便，千葉車站東口走過來10分鐘，離一個小超市很近，能很方便的購物和解決早餐。管理上也很不錯，樓下有一個很大的自由飲食區，帶了微波爐和熱水和供客人使用餐具。房間本身很舒服，一個人住該有的設施都有，但是似乎攜程預訂給的房間是日本人不喜歡的x04號，然後6樓房間有股很明顯的異味，大概是地毯散發的。為了消除這個味道不得不盡量開窗和一直開着空氣凈化器。相比之下朋友住的5樓的房間就沒這個問題，希望酒店方能改善一下6樓的這個問題。

便利設施很豐富。我很高興總是有飲料吧,小甜點和小零食的好處。,２４白葡萄酒和麪包據說是免費的,有時是空的,沒有補充。早上的便餐是免費的,但由於電暈,只有幾種拿鐵粉棒,穀物,豆沙拉,土豆沙拉和通心粉沙拉迷你杯。這個時候很差。很好,下面有一個漫畫角,卡拉OK室,吊牀角,基岩浴,不溼的洗腳盆,乒乓球,檯球和飛鏢,而且並不擁擠。我認爲在辦理入住和退房手續之前和之後都可以使用它是一種很棒的服務。可惜的是,飛鏢架是離線的,位置沒有正確安裝,並且有損壞的數字無法檢測到。

在東京地區一直使用這家酒店作為去往美國或者從中國過來的中轉放鬆酒店，設施雖然並不新但是維護的不錯，雙床房的面積令人滿意，各種公用設施設計合理，這次從夏威夷兩週火山徒步回來正好倒時差，周圍日餐豐富，腸胃恢復的很舒服，築地食堂以及各種逛街比東京都舒服很多，東京灣也是非常好的與當地人週末同樂的放鬆運動好地方。

我根據自己的要求預訂了房間類型。我一個人，但是房間很寬敞，非常乾淨舒適！我在幕張展覽館有一個活動，所以我想找一家附近的酒店，這家酒店是完美的住宿地點，價格合理，適合度假，步行即可到達活動場地，而且位置優越。但客人太多，我們不得不等了大約20分鐘才上電梯，相當不方便。途中，他們安排了員工專用的電梯，但我不知道他們是否從一開始就沒有預料到附近有活動，而且會很擁擠……也許我忽略了，但是沒有樓梯，所以我無法上去…… 這是唯一的缺點，但這是一家不錯的飯店。我想再次使用它
