Due to being within 2 miles of the Mississippi River, there are endless walks, bike trails, and picnic spots with fabulous views. There are several local restaurants, coffee shops and bars that are extremely walkable. Some of these places are right in the neighborhood!It is the perfect little getaway!The spaceThe space is a 2 bedroom apartment, full-sized kitchen, fully equipped to cook a full meal, bake cookies, or fry up some breakfast. There is also a full-sized dining space and living room with a smart TV.There is a dedicated workspace desk/entry table, with 20mbps wifi speed. Feel free to move the decor around to accommodate your laptop. There are two extra monitors in the front bedroom closet for your use.The bathroom has a tub and shower, simple but efficient. 【超走心評價來啦！】必須給咱房東大哥大姐瘋狂打call！昨兒個跟一幫朋友住的這個延慶四合院民宿真是絕了！ 咱就是説這院子也太會混搭了吧！剛進門兒那老北京四合院的紅漆門樓兒把我魂兒都勾走了，結果一扭頭看見馬頭牆又給我整恍惚了&mdash;&mdash;這咋還穿越到徽州了呢？最逗的是屋裡居然藏着東北大炕！我們幾個南方朋友嗷嗷叫着往上撲，那炕燒得暖乎乎的，配上空調簡直能過冬！ 六間房都倍兒新倍兒敞亮，被褥帶着陽光味兒，洗手間比我自家都乾淨！重點誇誇這個神仙廚房！好傢伙打開櫃子我驚了，骨瓷盤子亮得能照鏡子，高腳杯整整齊齊排排站，這不就是五星級酒店配置嘛！雙開門大冰箱+商用冰櫃，我們帶的三十斤羊肉捲兒都塞不滿！ 晚上可算玩嗨了！前院兒支起燒烤架滋啦冒油，後院鐵鍋燉咕嘟咕嘟香飄十里~吃飽喝足轉戰娛樂室，麥霸在KTV嚎《最炫民族風》，麻將桌那邊&quot;胡了！&quot;的尖叫此起彼伏。最絕的是夜深人靜時，躺在院子裏看星星，南邊果木林沙沙響，北邊停車場保安大叔還幫我們看車，這安全感絕了！ 房東姐姐巨貼心！聽説我們要來提前把地暖開了，臨走還塞給我們自家種的蘋果！啥也不説了，等冬天下雪我們還來盤炕吃鐵鍋燉！兄弟姐妹們沖這個神仙院子就完事了！[愛心][愛心][愛心]

很不錯的一家民宿。 有一說一住過很多家民宿，這家民宿的硬件條件一般，但是老闆非常熱情，而且儘可能滿足客人的一切要求，能感受到是在用心做的希望做得好的。值得一提的是早餐，我們住了兩天，兩天早上老闆都為我們打了五穀豆漿，超級好喝特別香。第二天還煮了紅薯，一看就是自己家種的紅薯，紅壤的很甜。唯一的不足就是蠅子太多了，希望治理一下。以後還會去的。

這個招待所的設施，網上點評都是好中肯的，顧客相片也真實，房間還能住，而且有空調，但是公共的衞生間，就實在太普通，多一分鐘都不想在那裡停留，拉個屎，都是快進快出！那個沖涼房，就建在廁所裏面，讓人覺得好象是在屎堆裏洗澡一樣，能洗多快，就多快！如果不是錢包小，誰願意來住這個招待所啊，我訂的雙人床，也要200元，北京暑假房價漲到快瘋了！住一次就可以了，不想再過來，如果有潔癖的人，這樣招待所，你是住不下的！那公廁太臟，不想照相了，怕弄臟手機！老闆的服務態度挺好的！

在望京實習，實在不想通勤了就在附近找了這家酒店，實現騎車五分鐘上班自由，酒店性價比非常高，狠狠感動了，還會再來的。 房間小小的，但是很乾凈，空調基本靜音，桌子和床上各有一個插座，在床上也有燈的開關，床墊軟軟的很厚。 公共衞生間和浴室都非常乾淨，浴室淋浴頭的水壓太舒服了，每個隔間都有洗髮水沐浴露和護髮素，還有放衣服的格子。衞生間有自動出紙機，洗手池附近的燈超級亮，配合鏡子照的人又白又瘦，非常喜歡。 隔音確實一般，走廊和隔壁的聲音聽得很清楚，但是都是一個人住也沒有人會一直大聲講話，整體還是比較安靜的。

小院在村委會附近。老闆挺熱情，聽我孩子問能不能打乒乓球，特意給我們換到有球枱的院子。院子環境不錯，廚房大，可以自己做飯，院子裏可燒烤，邊吃邊用KTV.五一我們到的最早，別人還沒來。孩子喜歡的上午都沒去景點，獨享了半天的小院。孩子還和院主小哥打了一場球。早餐可以去高老莊飯店吃，也可以在小院掃碼點餐，會給送來。離清涼谷開車五分鐘很方便，那邊很多玩的，附近玩水方便。夏天消暑好地方，還推薦給了朋友，以後一定還來

特別滿意的一次入住體驗，首先要感謝天河川一舍民宿的老闆，大哥很熱情，處處關照，讓我們有了種賓至如歸的感受。民宿整體都很雅緻乾淨，院中成人和小童都有很多玩樂的地方，沙坑，玩具，滑梯，鞦韆，讓父母釋放雙手的遊樂區，如果我們早幾個月來，小朋友們還可以去游泳。我們去了菜地，挖了紅薯，花生，大哥給我們挖了兩大兜子，還給我們拿了栗子，和倭瓜，味道都特別好，紅薯別看剛從地裏挖出來，還挺甜。我們是烤串涮鍋都準備了，到之後才發現有人在烤全羊，下次去我們也要準備一隻，太香了。夜景老闆布置了一個燈光秀，和打卡點，照片效果沒有裸眼看好，真實體驗感很棒。住房也很舒適乾淨，總體來說，沒有不滿意的地方，特別感謝。
