L’hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques stations des principaux point de visite. Le quartier est calme, avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont propres, par contre la recouche n’a pas été faite la deuxième nuit, peut-être que nous n’avions pas bien compris le système des panneaux à afficher. La chambre est propre dans l’ensemble, mais peut-être que les équipements pourraient être à revoir, il n’y a pas de mini barre et les savons étaient presque vides lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Mais dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel, que je conseille sans hésiter pour les couples ou famille, qui veulent visiter Berlin sur un court séjour.

這是我來柏林必住酒店之一酒店位置好，在名店kudamm街上，出門有公共汽車，左拐走幾分鐘有地鐵U7，右拐有超市Rewe和Lidl。這次自己住，酒店給了我雙人間，房間大，床舒服。酒店的早餐14歐，不錯，肉，煎肉，香腸，煎蛋，煮蛋，麪包，水果，蔬菜等，種類多，吃的很好。酒店房間照片和酒店發的圖片廣告一樣，我幾次入住自己都沒拍照片希望下次入住，酒店能給6樓的房間，（6樓是頂層，帶陽台喲）

Apartment EXKLUSIV is the perfect apartment for guests who want to spend their vacation in an exclusive location in Berlin - a few minutes from Kurfürstendamm - and who prefer a quiet retreat in a stylish atmosphere after a turbulent day in the city.The apartment was completely renovated in November 2017 according to the most modern criteria. It is in a prime location in the middle of City West in a green, park-like courtyard in the immediate vicinity of Kurfürstendamm (5 minutes on foot). It guarantees the best infrastructure and still idyllic living in the middle of the city. The underground stations U7 Konstanzer Straße / Adenauer Platz are approx. 300/450 meters away from the apartment and can be reached on foot in approx. 3/5 minutes.If you arrive by car, you can rent our underground parking space for a fee of € 9 per day. You will also find limited parking spaces in the street in front of the gate to the apartment and in all surrounding streets. The apartment is very central. How to get z. B. 3.1 km to the Messedamm / ZOB, 2.4 km to the Memorial Church, 2.9 km to the Zoo and 2.9 km to the KaDeWe,The 60 sqm apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony and is located on the 2nd Floor. Blinds allow darkening in the sleeping areas.In the bedroom there is a double bed (new: 180 x 200 cm) with a 7-zone luxury mattress (suitable for people with dust allergies). 首先，從最近的車站步行需要15分鐘以上。路面鋪著石子，攜帶隨身行李通常比較困難。白天來往的人和車很多，附近有很多咖啡廳和品牌店，可以盡情逛逛街。建築充滿復古氣息，提升了旅行的氛圍。前台的男士們熱情友善。早餐是自助式，選擇豐富，10歐元一份的價格很划算。房間是轉角房，陽檯面向馬路。位置很好，可以欣賞城市景觀和天空。但是，沒有冰箱和水壺。沒有空調（有油汀和電風扇）。盥洗室、廁所和淋浴間都在一個地方。房間很乾淨。特別的問題是電視訊號很差，有時看不清，或畫面扭曲或停止。另外，開門很費勁，需要花點時間才能理解和適應。而且電梯是日本很少見的手動門，所以我覺得在習慣之前會有點緊張。

第二次入住,一次愉快的住宿。我們去了高級房,雖然沒有什麼比上一個房間更好,但從道德上講,這是不同的,但就是這樣。絕對推薦,但房間明智,標準和優越之間沒有巨大的區別(我們住在那裏)
