距離蘇我站很近。去東京市區的話，也方便。大概990日元單程，一個小時多些。 主要這裏價格便宜。還有公共温泉。 温泉營業時間很長，下午15點到次日10點。 温泉很小的一個池子，帶三個坐淋和一個小桑拿房。晚上有免費小冰棍，早上有免費養樂多。 夜裡21:30～23:00有免費的夜宵麪條。 整體還是不錯的，房間比市區商務酒店還大一些些。 附近有好幾家日本居民去的超市，尤其這家步行10分鐘不到的BELC我很喜歡。營業到24點，20點開始部分生鮮打20%，21點開始打50%。體會到了日本人夜裡搶半價的樂趣。尤其生魚片，種類很多，也很新鮮。

酒店交通很方便，千葉車站東口走過來10分鐘，離一個小超市很近，能很方便的購物和解決早餐。管理上也很不錯，樓下有一個很大的自由飲食區，帶了微波爐和熱水和供客人使用餐具。 房間本身很舒服，一個人住該有的設施都有，但是似乎攜程預訂給的房間是日本人不喜歡的x04號，然後6樓房間有股很明顯的異味，大概是地毯散發的。為了消除這個味道不得不盡量開窗和一直開着空氣凈化器。 相比之下朋友住的5樓的房間就沒這個問題，希望酒店方能改善一下6樓的這個問題。

便利設施很豐富。我很高興總是有飲料吧,小甜點和小零食的好處。,２４白葡萄酒和麪包據說是免費的,有時是空的,沒有補充。早上的便餐是免費的,但由於電暈,只有幾種拿鐵粉棒,穀物,豆沙拉,土豆沙拉和通心粉沙拉迷你杯。這個時候很差。 很好,下面有一個漫畫角,卡拉OK室,吊牀角,基岩浴,不溼的洗腳盆,乒乓球,檯球和飛鏢,而且並不擁擠。我認爲在辦理入住和退房手續之前和之後都可以使用它是一種很棒的服務。可惜的是,飛鏢架是離線的,位置沒有正確安裝,並且有損壞的數字無法檢測到。

首次入住一晚,感覺良好！酒店位置就在千葉中央駅東出口傍,已是酒店大門入口處！ 在6月底預訂的,2单人床房HKD$317,包含1早餐, 房間/浴室毛巾潔白,整體舒適,職員們非常有禮,房間空間不多,早餐美味,維一缺點房間wifi不穩定,下次也有可能再預定！預早點預訂酒店價錢會靠便宜！

住過好幾次了，都挺滿意。首先車站出來就是，方便。房間整潔乾淨。最主要有早飯，日洋都有。日式的種類比較多，雖然簡單，但是味道不錯，一早吃到飽飽的出門。

(호텔에서 승차권을 판매하지 않으므로 현금 또는 카드를 미리 준비할 것) - 공항에서 올 때도 버스타고 한번에 옴 (Keisei bus, 나리티공항에서 1,200엔) - 전철역은 도보 10~15분거리에 있음 (카이힌마쿠하리역 JR) 4. 서비스 및 기타 : - 3층에 작은 드럭스토어 있음. (점심, 저녁 휴게시간에 닫는 시간 있음) - 조식 맛있었음 (메뉴가 엄청 다양하진 않음) - 객실 내 TV 화면에 인포메이션 완벽함. - Run of House로 그날 상황에 따라 랜덤 객실이었는데 침대 3개짜리 객실 받음. (투숙객은 나 혼자) - 밤에 오토바이 및 자동차 폭주족? 소리가 종종 들림. (경찰차도 출동했음) - 근처에 지바 롯데 야구장이 있어서 경기 끝나면 엄청난 인구가 쏟아져 나옴 5. 결론 : 매우 만족
