And if you care about safety, the subdivision is famous for being one of the most reputable ones and is gated (manned gate). The owners live close by and put a lot of effort and pride into their vacation home and it really shows. You will love the place. It is definitely a keeper for your next vacation. Guaranteed lifetime magical memories. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. Completely decorated in Nov 2023 with all new bedding. This large 4/5 bedroom home ( the 5th bedroom/office space has a pull down Murphy bed to accommodate an extra 2 guests ). The oversize pool and screened in deck will be a family favorite. This space is completely private as the home backs on to conservation to the side and rear, and not overlooked at all. The pool can be heated in the cooler months with the in-ground having the benefit of gas heating. Ample patio furniture with a large table seating 6 which is under the covered lanai.There are 4 full bathrooms a fully equipped luxury kitchen with high end appliances. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All linens, towels, and pool towels are supplied. TV's in every bedroom. There are. 2 living room areas and kitchen nook with a table and 4 chars, with a further 4 counter height stools at the kitchen counter.
