酒店周圍環境較好，在河邊有個街心小公園風景挺好。酒店交通便利，旁邊有公交車。而且酒店自己有shuttle bus可以接送客人去周邊景點。司機師傅人很友善。酒店設施中規中矩，房間有小冰箱但沒有微波爐，房間面積較大，因朝北向屋子見不到陽光很冷。工作人員服務態度較好。酒店收費停車場駐車方便。

空調噪音不小，取暖就靠空調，間歇性轟鳴，吹的很乾。匹茲堡希爾頓，波士頓威斯汀，芝加哥愛文思特希爾頓，都是如此。三個酒店整體相當於大陸的連鎖酒店吧，威斯汀略好一點3000左右。這兩個希爾頓1500左右，拖鞋牙刷之類的一次性用品，美國大部分酒店都不提供。早餐，這三家都是單點，12-20美金一份吧，一大盤子，半個多月下來總結，美國餐食這個一人份真的太大了，如果女生食量不大的話兩人能吃完一份。6000一晚以上的酒店拖鞋就出現了，比如紐約柏悦。圖片為酒店周邊環境，還有卡內基梅隆校園

2022年來的時候住過這，當時感覺不錯，所以這次才又再次訂的這兒，入住當天，手提着買的一大袋的沉東西（做飯食材），看時間是下午13：00多，就去酒店前台問能不能入住，説可以，拿出房卡寫了房間號，我當時又跟前台長髮女説：我當時定的最好是安靜的房間，她頓時不高興了，不客氣地問我説：你知道你是提前入住的吧？我説那能不能提前入住，她説能、不保證有安靜的，15：00後房源更多，我提前入往不是為了佔那2小時便宜，我想把東西放下房間繼續去超市買東西而已，於是我衹能走十分鐘把東西送孩子宿舍那一部分，因行李也在讓孩子那，然後16：00又跑來酒店一趟，我問，現在可以入住吧？答：可以，給我的房間號就是之前的同一個房間，我就不明白了，這是什麼失衡心理嗎？故意給我使彆扭唄！損人不利已，這個前台讓我感受很不舒服，然後還問我是來幹嘛的，就醫、旅遊還是探親，你管我呢？明顯她在種族歧視，我很不舒服，體驗感非常不好，這次入住特別失望。

送您的孩子到匹茲堡大學約翰斯敦分校，就選擇這家飯店。經過半個個多月的體驗，我感覺非常好，同時也感受到了美國人民對中國人民的友善和善意。約翰斯敦開車出遊不太方便。飯店服務人員好心安排了同事的車，並表示不收費。這怎麼可能？我還是會表達心意，安排車輛。我非常感謝來到這個異國的客人。下次再來，我仍然會選擇再次入住該酒店。

這個酒店在匹茲堡最高的大樓邊上，這個大樓可以進去參觀，可以登高俯瞰匹茲堡，看近處的cmu校園。門口有公交車通過，去哪都方便。這是我們選擇它的理由。唯一美中不足的是美式早餐不那麼可口。但是美國很少早上有早餐吃，都要11點後。

此次澳洲之行最滿意的酒店 沒有之一。不愧是英國的老牌酒店 即使是在土澳 也能感受到服務人員的那種英倫紳士氣質。酒店下面就是southbank，去flinders車展過一座人行天橋就到了。最關鍵的是通過房間的大窗户可以直接看到對面city的景觀（圖一）位於5樓的泳池也有露天平台（圖二），另外也強烈推薦一下酒店的自助餐 工作日99🔪一人很合適

不放圖了，因為我衹授權攜程部分相冊。住在南岸性價比高，比市區的新，還是非常推薦！户外泳池我也去了，略小，外面景色是火車站，有點亂，但是拍照也還不錯。這個酒店衞生巾的排風是無法關閉的，一定要去前台説調小排風或者關閉排風，不然太吵沒法睡。

設施：是很新的高層公寓，個人感覺超級舒服，比酒店要舒服很多，前台在另外一棟樓，以為會很難找，沒想到也順利找到了，職員也在check in之後親自送到了公寓門口，真的是絲滑入住的完美體驗。房間很寬敞，設施都很新，廚房冰箱簡單的餐具都有，真的很舒服。考慮下次來墨爾本長住這裏。 衞生：很乾凈，因為公寓整體比較新，所以整體包括衞生間也都很乾凈。 環境：周邊有便利店和很多酒店，報了小團出去玩集合地方是朗廷酒店，也在這個公寓旁邊。去city也是走路可以到達，去中國街吃飯我們也是走路去，一路可以欣賞到貓本很多美景。 服務：我覺得很好，會認真解答和處理每一個問題。真的覺得可以長住，性價比很高！

在這裏度過了舒適又暖和的一週！ 首先酒店的地理位置優越，地處southbank離市區近，加上底下就是超市，不僅滿足日常採購還有亞超可逛。買完食材上樓做飯特別方便。 第二酒店設施好。選擇的高樓層看得到遠處的海景，打開雙層隔音玻璃門才聽得見樓下的車流聲，隔音效果是相當好！酒店的空調暖氣也非常給力，沒有直吹，冬天住墨爾本體驗到了在北方有暖氣的舒適。最後，酒店的床墊舒服，軟硬剛好，睡了不少好覺！ 第三酒店的衞生好。不同其他的酒店公寓一週一次清潔，酒店每天都安排了清潔衞生，且從不打擾早上的休息。最後前台的服務也很給力！會推薦給朋友入住！

服務：先説這點，是因為checkin的時候深深感受到被不公平待遇，入住當天是我們生日8月20號，跟receilptionist説了之後，不但沒有一句問候（簡單的説一句生日快樂都沒有！）而且還跟我説可以自己去商店買蛋糕，酒店不提供任何服務或者禮遇，這樣的服務水平跟皇冠酒店真的是太不匹配了，讓人非常失望！checkout的時候跟前台當面反饋了，雖然給我道歉和香檳，但為時已晚，生日一年也就一次，真的有點失望！ 設施：整體很新，淋浴間有手持花灑對有小朋友的家庭很友好（澳洲很多酒店都沒有手持花灑的…），床品睡得也很舒服，有一次性洗漱用品，飲用水和拖鞋，雖然我們都自備了，因為澳洲很多酒店是沒有的哦 衞生：打掃的很乾凈，浴缸給小朋友泡澡也比較放心 環境：酒店位置很好，邊上吃飯出行都很方便。邊上有個******所以人員出入很多，但客房都有刷卡所以很放心

我最近在Oakwood Premier Melbourne入住了一段時間，整體體驗非常出色。酒店地理位置優越，步行即可到達Southbank、海濱以及各大交通樞紐，非常方便。房間設計現代且乾淨整潔，配備了全套廚房、電器和洗衣設備，既適合短住，也非常適合長期居住。服務團隊專業而熱情，無論是前台接待還是客房服務都非常周到及時。高樓層的景觀尤其值得一提，窗外可俯瞰墨爾本城市天際線，令人印象深刻。整體來説，這是一家兼具舒適度與品質感的高端酒店公寓，非常推薦給來墨爾本旅遊或商務出行的客人。

Good location.  5 minutes walk to tram no. 58 towards city or Toorak.  Opposite Woolworths.  Clean 3 bedroom apartment in Epic building.  Key pick up is far to walk at a convenience store in City Road.  Enquiry staff very helpful and professional.   We used car and had free parking.  Apartment pantry was well stocked with condiments.  Will stay again.

酒店位置在雅拉河南岸，雖然超過了市區免費交通範圍，但是衹要多走一站就可以從弗林德斯街站坐車。假日酒店果然是連鎖品牌，值得信賴。酒店大堂位於七樓，有休息區、娛樂區和餐飲區，在這一層可以免費接水。畢竟這裏的礦泉水可是要15塊錢一瓶。前台接待都挺熱情的，房間面積和設備也都挺好。就是住了三晚，一次也沒給打掃衞生，離開前一天下午掛了牌子，還跟同一層打掃衞生的工作人員説了，結果還是沒打掃。早餐都是含的，比較白人飯，能吃飽。

先說一下，酒店沒有前台，需要到了以後或者快到時聯繫服務人員來辦理入住。英文不好的提前做好功課或者選擇別間。 地理環境：步行到crown商圈8-10分鐘（帶個6歲孩子走）。Crown商圈吃、購物、**齊全。酒店樓下不行一兩分鐘有很多間超市，可以買菜做飯，生活補給。非常方便。 房間設施：酒店有點像民宿。在一個綜合性公寓裏。進出需要刷磁卡，相對比較安全。整體空間很大，但是兩個卧室都是1米5小床。廚房有鍋子，餐具，冰箱，微波爐，洗碗機。但是沒有調味料。煮個簡餐應該OK。因為民俗性質，沒有每天打掃衛生的服務。大樓內有泳池，沒去看不知道大小。 停車收費，25刀一天。隨便進出。開車的朋友強烈推薦。City停車費太貴了。打車去都划算。 缺點： 1、給攜程。訂的時候完全沒有標註清楚，我以為有前台的酒店。傻傻到了才發現是民宿類型。當下房主電話又打不通，又沒地方停車急的直跳腳。後來房主來了才說攜程衹告訴了我們5點會辦理入住，也不給屋主我們的聯繫方式，所以他也沒有準備。五點入住是我給攜程的時間，可是我們是從布裏斯本飛過去，那也衹是大概時間，攜程如果保護我的個人隱私不給屋主聯繫方式我可以接受，可是起碼也要跟我講是怎麼的入住方式，讓我提前和屋主聯繫！！ 2、房間整體衛生還可以，但是氣味真的不好聞。感覺上一住客煮飯味道太大。希望可以做好通風。
