You will see neighbors out walking, waving and greeting you, or sitting on their front porches waving hello.This 1930s Cape Cod home was completely renovated in 2022 from the studs up, & we made sure the home's history & charm remained but with many amenities.Our home is near all main thoroughfares & many Memphis attractions. Memphis Zoo, Downtown, Overton Square, FedEx Forum, & Cooper-Young.We kept this 1930s charm & history with an open front porch, broken tile entryway, solid-wood red & white oak floors, cast iron tub, and more!We kept solid wood doors, actual bead board on the front & back porches, crystal door knobs, a one-of-a-kind copper-inlay fireplace facade, true-to-period lighting, knotty pine paneling, penny-style floor tile, and much more!You will love having lots of space to spend with family & friends. The main floor has two large-sized bedrooms: one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed.There is plenty of room in the living area with two sofas for everyone to gather and watch movies on a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services.The upstairs area has a queen-sized bed, a fold-out double bed, a sitting room, and a full bathroom with a rain shower & a deep soaker tub with a towel/blanket warmer!The flex area space beyond the kitchen offers a loveseat sofa that converts to a twin bed.
