3天的入住很舒適,房間乾淨,現代裝備,對面公園有很有趣的景色。位置不錯,大約15分鐘就可以走到火車站,20分鐘就可以走到大。加點:地鐵站入口直接向家門口。小車有點習慣用。主人預先,正式時間後入口檢查不是一個問題。下次羅馬旅行我們會很樂意回來

酒店距離羅馬火車站步行12分鐘，乾淨舒適。三人間是一張雙人床和一張沙發單人床，兩個窗户，通風比較好，房間有空調和冰箱。早餐還行，果汁不是鮮榨的，也沒有現做的點心，中規中矩。房間城市税比較高，每人每天7.5歐，性價比一般。這是此次歐洲之行唯一一家居然還要按金的酒店，服務有待提高。

是自主辦理入住的酒店！首先酒店的位置非常好！距離termini 車站走路大概12分鐘左右。第二酒店是在一座居民樓的4層。羅馬的樓層從0層開始，0層就是中國的一層！很有意大利特色。且酒店帶有電梯！環境很安靜！第三酒店打掃的非常乾淨第四酒店的服務真的超好。自助辦理入住的手續需要下載watts app 非常方便！而且酒店的管家Monica也非常耐心的講解了如何辦理入住的流程！總之這次入住體驗感非常棒！如果下次再去羅馬的話我還會選擇住在這裏！

My apartment in via Ferruccio is a finished apartment of about 90 square meters: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, kitchen and a terrace. I remember that to access the kitchen and the terrace there are three steps (see the photos posted). All the comforts: Air conditioning, heating, internet, TV. It can accommodate 4 people + 2. Well connected with public transport, subway and services.The Via Ferruccio apartment is located on the top floor (sixth) with a beautiful terrace in an apartment building in the heart of Rome, in the Rione Esquilino.Completely renovated and furnished, the apartment is composed of:- Entrance and hall- Double bedroom with bathroom and shower (room 1)- Double bedroom (bedroom 2)- Bathroom with shower- Eat-in kitchen with access to the terrace via three steps (see photo)- Hall-Terrace equipped, with outdoor table and chairs, with adjoining laundry roomFor the comfort of the guests, we remember that we offer:- Internet connectivity in free Wifi mode.- lift,- Centralized warming- Independent air conditioning in all rooms of the house except the kitchen.- Equipped kitchen,- fridge.- Microwave oven- crockery, cutlery, pots, coffee maker etc.- 42 "led TV with DVTB- Linen (sheets and towels)- Extendable table in the kitchen with relative chairs- Num. 2 tables in the room with relative chairs- laundry corner with washing machine and laundry room- Hair dryer- iron- washing machine- cleaning equipment- Hot water produced by an external gas boiler- Tourist and cultural brochures of Rome --------------Guests can use all the rooms of the apartment with the exception of the bedroom (not mentioned in the description of the apartment) reserved for the owner used for maintenance, infrastructure and technical tools for the home. ---------------Upon arrival in the apartment I will be happy to welcome you and welcome you, introduce you to the house and show you the useful places in the neighborhood for shopping, restaurants and clubs to delight you on Italian cuisine, to show you supermarkets and specialty shops and the way to reach places of interest in Rome and tourist itineraries.
