However, before booking this apartment, please make sure you feel comfortable with sleeping right above a busy city street. I like my guests to be happy, so if noise is a concern for you, please find another option that is better suited for your needs. If you are not concerned about this, I am confident that you will have a wonderful time!-Thousands of smoke dispensaries have started opening up all around the city and you will find one right near the townhouse. This is the new normal in NY but I like to make sure you are aware and comfortable its proximity before booking-The apartment is all yours and I want you to feel at home! Please keep in mind, by staying here, you agree to have me, my assistant, my cleaning crew, or the repair man stop by the apartment if needed. This could be in response to a guest request, to refill supplies, to take out the garbage in accordance with NYC regulations, to make sure everything is going well and working properly, etc. We will always give a heads up beforehand.-You also agree to have the security camera in the staircase before entering the apartment. 服務很好,前台接待員,工作人員和經理在我們入住期間非常樂於助人。設施很乾淨,房間每天都打掃乾淨,每天早餐時都有不同的用餐選擇和烹飪風格,我們非常喜歡然而,午餐餐點每天都在改變,所以如果你想在住宿期間在酒店吃午餐,你不會有很多選擇。我也會感激關於兒童俱樂部和活動在一年的某個時候沒有的通知,因爲這是我選擇馬貝拉的主要原因。

Lovely guesthouse with very warm welcome, extremely helpful owner. Room was comfortable and clean. We did find it a bit difficult to find and could do with a sign on the building. Otherwise a lovely stay with a very good breakfast

Nice hotel and beautiful serenity but the noise from traffic outside is too much and prevents sleep especially at night despite closing blinds, windows and doors. We got our room swapped for this reason but still didn’t block the noise.  Noisy environment not for light sleepers like me.
