In the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a convection oven and gas cooktop, you will be able to prepare mouthwatering meals, for everyone to enjoy in the gorgeous dining room with fireplace. Feeling a bit more casual? Fire up our outdoor BBQ and enjoy some last-minute burgers for the whole family in the al fresco dining area adjacent to the outdoor living space with its 75” TV, gas fire-pit and Sonos WiFi Speakers. And, with FREE NFL Sunday Ticket, this home is sure to please the whole family. The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool, has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower while the other 2 bedrooms share a bath with a soaking tub. The pool offers complete privacy, BBQ gas-grill, fire-pit & a covered outdoor living room area. This home is also available as a 4-bedroom 3-bath home that includes a separate efficiency apartment attached to the home with its own separate entrance.
