About this spaceThis townhouse is a gem in Pittsburgh! Located on a quiet street in Greenfield, it is central to everything the city has to offer. Situated on top of a hill, the skyline can be seen from the deck, and it’s breathtaking with a sunset! Walkable to Squirrel hill, less than 10 minutes driving from downtown, Shadyside, Oakland.The cohost has lived in Pittsburgh for 6 years and would be delighted to offer recommendations around the city. Meticulous cleaning standards are followed for your safety.The spaceThe property is a bright and modern 2-stories townhouse.There are 2 lovely bedrooms upstairs, furnished with a king and full size bed, new high-quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom has a large HD smart TV, closets, dressers and nightstands. All furniture is empty for guest's belongings. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows can be found in the closet.One full bathroom upstairs with plenty of bath towels, hair dryer and bathroom scale. Forget a toiletry? Check out the basket of goodies in the kitchen!The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and the beautiful blue velvet couch doubles as a sofa bed (futon). There is a half bath adjoining the living room.The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. Stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, oil and basic seasonings.You will be able to self check-in with a unique pin code for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00 pm on the check-in date and expires at 12:00 pm on the check-out date.There is street parking next to the house, as well as parking in a gravel lot behind the house for one car. Guests may use either the back door from the parking spot or the front door.The cohost will contact you the day before your arrival to provide check-in information, including pin code for both the front and back door, and WiFi password. 這家酒店在第五大道，去CMU步行15-20分鐘。酒店是兩棟百年的老別墅。這次安排住在小別墅的三樓，坡屋頂，有點像閣樓小別墅沒有電梯，自己走樓梯。優點是住了一次老建築，看到當年富裕的美國房屋。房價適中。缺點是空調太冷，而且不能自己關，但是酒店來人也操作不來，凍了兩天。而且聲音比較大。還有靠路邊，早晚車輛聲，不是特別安靜。住在坡屋頂閣樓總覺得直不起腰。可以體驗一次，後面不打算再住了。衞生間的櫃子，我用手摸了一下，有灰，不是每天打掃。

空調噪音不小，取暖就靠空調，間歇性轟鳴，吹的很乾。匹茲堡希爾頓，波士頓威斯汀，芝加哥愛文思特希爾頓，都是如此。三個酒店整體相當於大陸的連鎖酒店吧，威斯汀略好一點3000左右。這兩個希爾頓1500左右，拖鞋牙刷之類的一次性用品，美國大部分酒店都不提供。早餐，這三家都是單點，12-20美金一份吧，一大盤子，半個多月下來總結，美國餐食這個一人份真的太大了，如果女生食量不大的話兩人能吃完一份。6000一晚以上的酒店拖鞋就出現了，比如紐約柏悦。圖片為酒店周邊環境，還有卡內基梅隆校園

酒店周圍環境較好，在河邊有個街心小公園風景挺好。酒店交通便利，旁邊有公交車。而且酒店自己有shuttle bus可以接送客人去周邊景點。司機師傅人很友善。酒店設施中規中矩，房間有小冰箱但沒有微波爐，房間面積較大，因朝北向屋子見不到陽光很冷。工作人員服務態度較好。酒店收費停車場駐車方便。

Totally renovated 3BR, 1.5B in the heart of Greenfield/Squirrel Hill. Centrally located and minutes from Oakland, Downtown, bus stops, parks in a great residential neighborhood. New floors, new kitchen with granite counters, new bath. Premium beds. Master has queen, 2nd BR has a bunk, bonus room can be used as a BR or family room. Basement has a desk with foosball table for working space. Off street parking. No more than 3 adults. House is designed for families. Strict no party policy.The space4330 McCaslin is very convenient to Oakland, Downtown, and the Waterfront. It can sleep 5 people comfortably with a bonus room that has barn doors and a futon. There is a foosball table in the basement and a large yard if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The entire place was updated this year so everything is brand new.Guest accessThe entire house is available to guests with exception of my office (a small bedroom on the second floor that has a keypad lock) and the garage off the basement (which also has a lock).Other things to noteI try to provide the basics for those staying but if there is something that you think can make your experience better please let me know.WIFI network is on the router. Garbage collection in on Thursday so take it out on Wednesday night. There are two TVs in the house. One has apps on a box connected to it. 送您的孩子到匹茲堡大學約翰斯敦分校，就選擇這家飯店。經過半個個多月的體驗，我感覺非常好，同時也感受到了美國人民對中國人民的友善和善意。約翰斯敦開車出遊不太方便。飯店服務人員好心安排了同事的車，並表示不收費。這怎麼可能？我還是會表達心意，安排車輛。我非常感謝來到這個異國的客人。下次再來，我仍然會選擇再次入住該酒店。
