Steps away from the walkable/Bike-able salt river canal, you can find everything you need less than a mile in any direction. Enjoy libations at the neighborhood Bar/Restaurt 1 block away. Or the local brewery situated on the canal. The space is located between 3 major hospitals,The VA hospital, St Joes and Phoenix Childrens Hopital. Downtown PHX is only 3 miles away and old town scottsdale, a quick 20 minute drive. This is 1 of 2 VRBO units that are attached to each other, sharing 1 wall down the middle of the building. 對於酒店和水療中心,我期待更多。外部和大堂看起來不錯,但房間有一種過時的現代感,天花板上油漆剝落,淋浴燈像閃光燈一樣閃爍。室外游泳池和熱水浴缸區是入住這裏的一個受歡迎的好處,但希望工作人員會花時間去清理游泳池的葉子。小吃和免費的“早餐”非常有限。天台露台留下了一些值得追求的東西,比如創造力。我們沒有嘗試現場餐廳,所以我無法爲那裏的服務提供擔保。前台非常包容和友好。我們也沒有嘗試SPA服務,因爲我們無法將它納入我們的議程。

這次入住這家酒店真是一次很不錯的體驗。首先地理位置非常優越，緊鄰地鐵站，出行超級方便。房間佈置得非常乾淨整潔，牆壁和裝飾都很有高級感。床鋪特別寬敞舒適，我和家人都能舒展自如地休息上。我們的客服管家妮妮niya很貼心，服務贊讚的。退房後酒店還能幫忙免費寄存行李，真的是省心不少總的來説，性價比超高，下次還會再來！

環境：在低密度住宅區，比較寧靜。附近周邊配套就一般，要步行幾百米才到便利店，又再步行幾百米才有餐廳，但如果比較喜歡寧靜的感覺這個是非常好的選擇。 服務：員工非常友善，笑容也很好！我們早了一點到達，差不多12點吧，但員工也讓我們先入住，而且亦將我們其中一間房升級了。而且每一次叫外賣也親自送上房間，實在是辛苦了，太感謝。 卫生：衛生就尚可吧～房間洗手台的水龍有比較多的水垢；空調佈滿塵埃；桌面也有塵埃；床架的架落位置也是塵埃。 设施：入住期間正在施工，露台位置不能探訪，所以沒有什麼好評價了。 房間空間感很足夠，桌面很大，置物空間多；燈光佈局及控制非常好，這點我非常喜歡！因為很多酒店要不是燈光不足，就是不能單獨控制某幾顆燈。 另外早餐餐點選擇非常非常少，我建議還是吃一下當地地道的早餐就好了。

整個山莊環境也很舒服，設施比較舊了，但是都很乾凈整潔，山莊也很安靜，服務都很好，性價比很高，而且可以接受帶小狗，真的特別適合一家人玩耍，早餐吃，餐廳也很棒！

1、房間的隔音不是很好，外面有聲音可以聽的比較清楚。 2、酒店有早餐，但是比較簡單，早上可以簡單對付一口。 3、自助洗衣功能比較雞肋，衹有一台洗烘一體機，烘乾默認設定時間為4個小時，但是衣服想辦法掛在房間裏面涼，大概一個晚上加白天也能晾乾了。 總體來説出差的話，性價比還是比較高的

房間配備的不管是一次性消耗物品，還是必需品都是乾淨整潔，不是劣質的三無產品，廁所的衞生捲紙是有鑰匙鎖起來的，用起來也放心，紙巾質量是很OK的，用起來也不會有不舒服的感覺。總之入住體驗感是優的。會願意再次入住。
