民宿新裝修的，臨海第一排，過橋了就能看到。美人魚攝影地的必經之路，離觀光沿海綠道入口就幾十米。房間整潔小清新，有高清投影，忘帶充電線的話，牀頭櫃還能智能無線充電。面向大海，早上睡來躺床上就能直觀大海，發呆看着來來往往的船，傍晚再下去趕海挖螃蟹小魚蝦。很治癒！性價比高，很值呢!!!推薦🤘

因為要同老公去深圳香港大學醫院做身體檢查，所以租一站之距嘅酒店住一晚。訂之前都有睇好多人嘅評價，所以一早有心理準備衛生程度未必十分理想，加上我本身有嚴重皮膚敏感，所以帶定防蚤水及消毒噴霧。先讚一下，職員都非常友善，有什麼問題也會立刻幫你解決和解答，臨走的一天本來下午二時要退房，但因為我們訂了外賣，要多10分鐘才到達，前台職員立刻幫我們延遲半小時退房，真的非常好。地點非常靠近KK one，就算去地鐵站也不遠。第一次去是要時間摸索，最安全做法是問當地人，所以我們也很快找到入口。不好的地方就是如某些評價所言，真的有蚤咬，我和老公坐在床上看電視不久，已發現手和腳都被咬，所以第一時間噴防蚤水，再用公寓提供的電蚊香，問題就得到解決。估計之前有人客偷偷在房間吸煙，打開空調的時候煙味很濃，有氣管敏感的我咳不停，解決方法就是到附近買了香薰放在房間，算是勉強解決了問題。至於很多人說打掃得不清潔，如果你不細緻看是還可以的，這點我勉強接受。洗澡時候廁所真的會水浸，要避免就要把花灑向牆角的一邊，而且房內是能夠隱約看到沐浴中的人的身影，如果是朋友會比較尷尬。以上的一切我還能勉強接受，始終地點好價錢又不貴，唯一讓我難以接受是晚上外面太嘈吵，那些車常響咹，又有人群在高聲說話和尖叫，嘈到我整晚睡得不好。

出行非常方便！離西涌2號沙灘入口幾百米，離附近景點距離都挺近的，我們是一家四口自駕出來玩的，很方便！環境：民宿環境很好，像在家一樣。衞生：衞生很乾凈整潔服務：老闆娘的服務態度真的很好，我們對當地限行和附近景點有點疑問，都會很耐心的告訴我們遊玩攻略，真的很不錯。設施：附近還有籃球場，早上有小市場。房間空調很涼，洗浴水壓挺大。附上西涌2號沙灘的圖，真的很清澈，很乾凈！

地點很好，周邊有商場，也有很多食店。酒店大廈外觀有點年紀，但酒店內部裝修整體不錯。只有一部電梯，要跟其他樓層商鋪的客人共享。前台員工都挺有禮貌。大床房跟高級大床房的區別應該只是有窗和無窗，期間我是有換房的，第一個房間很小(圖2-3)，不過感覺也挺溫馨舒適，本來覺得大小也沒關係，但真的受不了冷氣對著床頭，冷氣那個管又好多灰塵，即時詢問前台換房可否換房，前台說可以但要先等房間清潔完。換了間挺大的房間，也是挺舒適的(圖4-5) 隔音不太好，鄰房住客關門很大聲，連我房間的窗也有輕微振盪@.@“

先説優點，位置還好，位於南澳別墅區內，房子就是一般農家自建的4層小洋樓，停車就在門口，一共4層樓，房間面積大，設施也比較齊全，有可以做飯的地方，二樓有個露台，晚上可以燒烤那些。房間面積比較大，有40平以上，帶個陽台。接下來就是吐槽的點：1、去哪兒留的電話是老闆的，但老闆應該是屬於從農户手裡租的房子，常年是不在的，請了個所謂的管家，就是個年紀比較大的阿姨，老闆應該是屬於二房東。2、房子內部是有電梯的，但是沒有啟用，房間又位於三樓，大包小包上樓不太方便，有電梯又不能用，就很奇怪。3、房間雖然很大，但是設施很明顯都很老舊了，無論大小床，很舊，床墊應該是最便宜的那種，很硬，並且有異響，並且床上用品很舊，且不乾淨，看圖説話。4、號稱有浴缸，但基本處於不可用狀態，浴缸很臟，且配套的管子那些都是壞的，不用浴缸，淋浴水也是小得可憐，且管子是漏的，看圖説話；5、作為一個節假日都快接近500價位的房間，所提供的洗漱用具（沒有用，我們自帶）以及房間內提供的紙巾都是最差的那種，廁所內用的廁紙稍微差一點都不會説什麼，關鍵是房間內的抽紙也是用的一般路邊餐廳用的最差的紙，心相映的紙一包也不貴吧？3-4塊錢一包，哪怕一次提供一包，也要不了幾個成本吧？6、訂房時標註提供歡迎水果，結果水果皮都沒見到。7、節假日到大鵬，如果開車需要在深圳交警先預約，但是從訂房到結束，沒有任何提示，也沒有接到所謂的老闆或者管家的任何提醒需要預約通行，如果沒有預約就是1分300塊。本來沒有預約上，準備退房，下單確認5分鐘後就不能取消了。沒辦法，有個深圳的朋友説沒有預約也能去，外地車牌有總計兩次可以申請免罰，唉。我覺得這麼提供也沒什麼問題，反正我們是外地遊客，很難得來一次，一次性生意罷了，也造不成什麼影響，就這樣吧。
