The living room shares space with a well-equipped kitchenette (the only thing this kitchen doesn't have is a range). Appliances include a dishwasher, fridge, toaster/convection oven/air fryer, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, cookware, dishware and more.The bedroom has a custom King-sized bed for maximum comfort. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is a large capacity washer and dryer in the apartment.Extensive renovations have just completed on the apartment. 我們對這個酒店的管理非常非常失望。 預訂了七個房間，選擇了雙床（可大床可雙床），1.13號聯繫攜程客服做了變更，變更為2個大床，四個雙床，1個三人間。攜程客服與酒店溝通後回覆郵件説已經做好了變更，變三人間的現場付款即可。在入住的前一天，我們專門打電話給酒店預訂部，和前台，結果他們都不知道房型變更的事，我們通過電話又説明瞭情況，他們説記錄下來了。傍晚，我們不放心，有工作人員專門去酒店前台，又做一次確認，酒店前台竟然還説不知道這個情況，不過可以記錄下來，現場做了記錄需要的房型，然後我們還繳納了升級三人間的費用，心想這下總沒問題了吧，結果第二天客人辦理入住，還是有間客房弄錯，把床留成了大床，最後協調半個多小時才又給換了房！！這種管理怎麼能評上五星酒店？？？

這個motel離高速太近了，加上前台給了我靠馬路的房間，晚上非常吵，即使雙層玻璃也沒用。酒店看上去挺新的，比我從悉尼沿途住的motel都新，但是設施卻是壞得最多的，電吹風，排氣扇都是壞的，進出大堂的門禁系統也經常失靈。另外我把超市買來的食物放冰箱，誰知道第二天打開，居然在冰箱裏發現蟑螂，衞生也不行。

這個酒店的位置很好。去各個景點都很方便。叫Uber的話也很好找。門前還有tram坐。 設施：很齊全，房子裏有燒水壺，熨斗，沐浴露，洗手液，護髮素，咖啡機等物品。每天房間裏會有一瓶睡和一衹牛奶。 一次性拖鞋和刮鬍刀可以找前台要。早餐也很豐富，價格適中。30刀一位，自主形式，選擇挺多的。 服務：前台人員很友好，餐廳的服務員也是，比較nice。客房服務打掃衞生挺仔細勤快的。 總體感受，房型多，選擇也比較多，合適一家人出遊或商務出差。3樓有酒吧可以獨酌或約朋友坐坐。 樓下就是皇家拱廊，可太方便了。購物還是去各景點都步行可到達。 總體來説，會推薦給朋友。

每天都有清潔，整體來說很乾淨。然而，床單似乎沒有換過，而且床上總是留有垃圾。除此之外我很滿意。 飯店外面就有電車，所以出遊很方便。附近有便利商店，很方便。 工作人員也非常樂於助人。由於我要趕早班飛機，所以大約 4:30 就退房了，儘管時間很早，但他們還是非常熱情周到。 還有許多便利設施。提供洗髮精、護髮素、沐浴乳、潤膚露等。還有電熱水壺和冰箱，很方便。

首先考慮的是地理位置，這家酒店出行方便。馬路對面就是南十字星火車站（聽不到火車的聲音），好找。車站裡有wool...大超市。酒店附近的一條小街上有許多餐廳。麥當勞，7/11都不遠。 車站大街往另一側走有outlet，和coles超市。 喜歡步行的可以溜達着去大型折扣店DFO，到雅拉河畔走走。 去弗林德火車站拍照打卡，維多利亞圖書館，美術館，皇家拱廊…都可以步行（有點遠）。 酒店房間面積還好，乾淨整潔。 酒店大堂挺漂亮的，有咖啡廳。前台的一名女士可以講中文，很熱情助人。 滿意的一家酒店。

因為離朋友家步行距離內有且僅有這一家酒店，所以總共住了4晚訂單為2+1+1,第一天入住前在信用卡收了房費和100澳刀按金，第四天去前台續房卡（不續開不了門）前台已經知道了這是個prepaid的訂單還問是不是在原信用卡扣款（第四晚換了預訂人名字但是不換房間並且在訂單備註了extend stay），我認為在prepaid之後酒店可能因為換了預訂人名字還要再收取按金，就回到了“是”，結果不久後前台又在信用卡再次扣款157澳刀，晚上回到酒店打電話給前台，前台説可能是按金讓明天找經理，第二天退房很早前台沒有上班，短訊與酒店協商酒店説我定了兩次房間，在前台定了一次然後過了兩小時又在攜程定了一次，簡直無賴到家了，我在攜程訂房間明明提早一晚預訂的，第二天9點多才去前台續房卡。溝通無果衹好找攜程，打算攜程如果也協商無果就上酒店官網發投訴信，經攜程反覆溝通多次，酒店才説是“溝通誤會”同意退款。建議同胞們外出的時候一定要多查看信用卡訊息，及時並堅決維護自己的合法權益，讓T雞M狗之輩無處遁形。

共用のバスルームもお部屋もシンプルできれいでした。部屋は埃が少しあったけどきれいでした。 暖房もついていて自由に使用できるので良かったです。 たまに色んな匂い（外のタバコやシェアキッチンで料理したときの美味しそうな匂い）がするけど私は大丈夫でした。

飯店位置非常好，步行5分鐘即可到達兩端的電車站，步行10-15分鐘即可到達墨爾本中心站。酒店周圍有很多咖啡館/餐廳，提供各種美味的餐飲選擇。飯店設有電梯。唯一的缺點就是無線網路非常糟糕，經常斷線，網路速度非常慢。我們最後只使用了數據流量，偶爾會斷線一分鐘左右。有時，會聽到來自道路/污水管道的巨大噪音，我不確定，但這種情況並不常見，而且在我們入住的4天中，只有一天聽過這種噪音。我很喜歡早上10點的退房時間，因為這個時間不算太早，讓我們有更多時間睡懶覺和打包行李。入住和退房手續辦理順利快速。我們可以在入住前後將行李寄存在那裡，非常方便。強烈推薦給想要經濟實惠、住得不錯的飯店的人！

整體來説，墨爾本柏悦酒店的環境確實非常好，無論是設計感還是整體氛圍，都體現出高端酒店應有的水準。房間非常寬敞，佈局合理，住起來很舒服。健身房設備齊全，對喜歡運動的人來説是個加分項，泳池也很乾凈，水温適中，很適合放鬆。 早餐出乎意料地不錯，種類多、品質高，尤其喜歡他們家現做的雞蛋料理和麪包，算是我在澳洲住過的酒店裡比較滿意的一家早餐了。而且綜合來看性價比也很高，算是物有所值。 服務方面幾乎挑不出毛病，員工都很專業、友好，很多細節都照顧得很到位。但稍微有點小遺憾的是，房間的衞生還有提升空間，比如廁所裏的電話明顯比較臟，有點影響整體體驗。但是最後反映問題給前台他們給我免了一些小消費 總體來説是一次很不錯的入住體驗，如果對衞生細節再把控嚴格一點就更完美了。適合商務出行或休閑度假，值得推薦。
