一家可愛乾淨的酒店,位於車站對面最好的位置。房間很棒,很溫暖,牀很好,很結實(正是我喜歡的)所以睡得像木頭一樣。隔壁非常好的餐廳/酒吧。因爲周圍有很多,所以沒有打擾早餐,特別是在總站,但是當我們經過早餐室時,聞起來的確很香。不久就會回到斯麥。

So ein kleines, hübsches und sauberes Hotel und dann noch mitten in der City, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch unglaublich freundlich und engagiert. Selbst bei meiner Fahrstuhlphobie (der ist wirklich winzig) waren sie hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Auch das Bad mit Regendusche ist neu und penibel sauber. Für diese Preiskategorie ist das ein echter Knaller und nur zu empfehlen.

友好的工作人員,乾淨的浴室,美味的早餐,優越的地理位置。負:淋浴溫度有時是瘋狂的低和高,可能是62歐盟的更好房間,但可能是因爲我辦理了延遲。我看到另外一間52歐的房間,比這好得多。

Great location. Easy to get around and get back to the place at night. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the shared rooms, people coming back late at night, the doors close quite loudly. My only complaint is that I received a keycard to the wrong room and walked right into a private suite.. Nobody was there thankfully and I just walked right out, but if I were staying in a private room I would hate to think that strangers could just walk into my room where all my belongings are lying around. Otherwise clean and quite a cool environment.

如果有人想知道,電梯還是不起作用。我們喜歡這個地方本身。公寓很基本,但很乾淨。對於這個地方本身沒什麼可說的或抱怨的。位置是另一個故事。它靠近Hauptbahnhof(中央車站),那裏有很多不幸的人閒逛。當我們在晚上9點左右步行到酒店時,有吸毒和/或精神問題的人走近我們,跟着我們走到門口,整個時間都在用德語說話。在門口,有兩個人坐着,給我們提供藥品,但他們非常有禮貌,對此感到冷淡。總而言之,一個不錯的地方,但也許對家庭來說很棒(這不是酒店的錯)。

在這家酒店住了2晚,6月21/6月23日,我的住宿無可挑剔。我訂了單人間,但升級爲雙人間。房間很大,一塵不染,有一個可愛的浴室,帶一個大的步行淋浴。早餐很棒,有很多冷熱選擇。早餐室很可愛,工作人員總是清理用過的盤子等。辦理入住時的工作人員總是面帶微笑,非常有禮貌。我必須說早餐工作人員是一樣的。注意房間鑰匙信封也適合您的免費旅行票。這是我使用過的最好的酒店之一。其他酒店可以向這家酒店學習,瞭解它如何對待客人。對全體員工無懈可擊的住宿...做得不錯。

地理位置非常的好，火車站對麪的小巷子裏，一過馬路就是，但是比較安靜，牀很舒服睡得好，早餐也好。唯一的不足就是電梯不方便，是老酒店了。附近有超市，很便宜的peny，還有稍微遠點兒的是lidl，都是廉價超市。餐館也很多，有中餐，土耳其餐，德餐，實在不行就去火車站裡，有亞洲餐，吃的很舒服，價格相當實惠6-7歐元一大份，絕對吃飽。

位置便利，離漢堡火車站，地鐵站都很近，適合中轉。周圍商業發達，吃飯購物比較方便。酒店有歷史感，房間很大，該有的設施都有，這個價格應該也算價物相當。服務和早餐都還不錯。

離火車站大概五分鐘的路程，蠻近的，上去后酒店蠻小的就是一層，不過德國的酒店都基本這樣，服務還不錯，公用廁所但是有清潔人員所以蠻幹凈的，適合朋友出行～

The 24-hour reception was welcome, as we arrived at 11pm after a very long day travelling from the UK. The staff were all great: polite, helpful, cheerful. Nothing was too much for them. Because of the Queen's death, our flight was cancelled on 14 September. We had paid for three nights but because of that, we only had two nights in Hamburg. The hotel made up for it by giving us a free breakfast each day. That was such a kind gesture. The price was good, budget, I guess. The room was clean and big enough. The lift is quirky - small and slow, but no problem. Breakfast was good, though it's a bigger hotel than you would think from the outside and the breakfast rooms were a little overcrowded at times. The location is good. Just across the road and just around the corner from the railway station. I would recommend this hotel

Let me put it this way: just refurbish that hotel and you will get a great place at a great location. The hotel is located directly to the train main station of Hamburg. Best place to discover this city. However, the interior is no longer state of the art. All old, very old. The elevators, the reception, the rooms, the bathroom. All old, time to break it down. Paying such a price for such a place is not acceptable any longer. I went to a new hotel on the other site of the train station the day after, payed a little more and got pampered in brand new style. The hotel itself was clean, the room and the bathroom was well cleanded, too. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. The bathroom has these typical mold stains in the shower, the interior is old fashioned. Even a shower curtain is still installed. No refrigerator, no welcome water, nothing. WiFi was okay. Breakfast was really good despite of the fact that the waiter was one of these grouchy guys ... ”room number”??? So yeah - not again, try to become modern.

別客氣。我是一個非常公平的旅行者。我8月份去漢堡旅行,所以我知道我應該計劃應對潛在的炎熱天氣。我進行了廣泛的搜索,包括在 TripAdvisor 上,特別是爲有空調的房間過濾。Nyce在每個搜索和清理的頂部都列出了“空調”作爲他們的設施之一。所以我根據他們的政策預訂並預付了實際酒店[是的,在一個炎熱的天氣裏]當我進入房間時,沒有空調,甚至還有風扇。只有一個窗戶可以打開大約6英寸。房間是蘇安娜。當我和前台交談時,工作人員態度苛刻,要求看看空調在哪裏答應。我給他們看了多個屏幕,但他們的迴應是“谷歌一直撒謊”。我甚至提出接受部分退款[兩個預付晚上之一],但態度更差。我離開了另一家酒店。萬怡酒店距離酒店約5分鐘路程,是新建的,前台工作人員非常樂於助人,並且完全有空調。前台甚至告訴我“請去檢查房間,我們希望你完全舒適”。房間很漂亮,質量很差...,和Nyce的單人間價格幾乎一模一樣一天後,我收到了Ntce網站的電子郵件管理。他們要求截圖,我提供了,比特有同樣的不屑一顧的“責怪客戶”,並表示他們根本不會退款。幫自己一個忙,遠離這個屬性,你根本無法信任他們。
