公寓位置很一般，在一條小道里麪，距離主要景區約2公里。不在繁華的商業街區，感覺一般酒店類似於國內全季水平，水電空調冰箱設施齊全。房卡是古老的鑰匙。暖風不太好，開了一晚上也不是太暖和廚房有點小，但夠用如果能city walk，或者熟悉佛羅倫薩的公共交通，性價比還可以但如果不會用公共交通工具的話，可能住景點周邊更方便些

酒店比較舊，而且房間內部高低不平台階太多，晚上睡覺還有蚊子，沒有免費停車位，酒店的停車位一天18歐，而且除了在攜程上支付的費用還要再另付8歐的稅。這是目前我住過的稅最高的酒店。不過還好有不錯的免費早餐可以吃。

酒店房間很不錯，床也很舒服。沒有燒水壺，沒有牙刷牙膏，但是有化粧棉。沒有電梯酒店看得出是民宿改的。晚上有小貓來拜訪。這邊樓房連成一片，貓咪跑酷不少。距離火車站不遠，走路或者坐公車都很方便。不過拖行李箱不要走，輪子容易壞，這邊都顛顛簸簸小石板路酒店唯一問題就是隔音不好，我隔壁住的一哥們兒打電話的聲音清晰可見，如果不是語言不通我大概可以聽八卦聽得很high…
