很少寫酒店評論，但這個酒店想説説。住過了很多酒店，這間四季應該是我們住過最差服務的四季了。雖然在去之前對埃及的整體狀況有一些預判，但本着“好歹也是四季”的想法訂了這個酒店。酒店環境可以，綠化做的也不錯。新區沒有套房，訂了舊區的雙卧套房，會舊一些，也在可接受範圍。我們入住第一天到的很晚，辦完入住就休息了，早晨起來發現訂的海景房但根本沒有海景，與酒店溝通後協調換房，酒店協調了2個多小時才完成換房。整個過程效率極慢，需要我們反覆去催，並且不管是大堂經理還是客房主管，沒有任何人對該情況做出合理的解釋，更沒有酒店的任何人對房間的安排和更換的拖拉表達歉意。攜程的反應倒是很迅速，態度也非常好，整體處理的速度和結果都比較滿意。當然，如果不拿它跟其它四季比，總體還算是一個沙姆不錯的酒店吧。

非常好的一家酒店宣傳圖和實際嚴重不符建議商家重新拍宣傳圖哈哈實際裝修很現代化很新並且還有好幾個餐館（其中有兩個中餐，吐槽下味道一般般還限量人不多還需要預約哈哈）整體來説還是非常不錯的！很大的一個度假村值得入住！！

1.租救生衣一天100埃鎊，可以租用私人小木屋一天10還是15美金。 2.酒店可以直接浮潛，海水質量沒得說，魚也很多。 3. 酒店整體裝修不夠高級，偏阿拉伯風格不夠現代，音樂和晚上也表演也都是阿拉伯風格。 4.吃飯有着裝要求，極其不方便，穿泳裝背心不能吃午餐晚餐，餐廳也衹有一個。 5.海灘全包的飲料衹給塑料杯裝，沒有玻璃杯更不直接給一罐。

非常滿意，度過了非常完美的三天，如果能住一週就更好了。酒店位置離機場打車八分鐘，離海邊步行就幾分鐘的距離，海水超級清澈，在水面上就能看到水下的魚和珊瑚。酒店每20分鐘就有小車在酒店和海灘來回接送，三餐豐富，飲料隨時都有。關鍵是酒店自己的海灘是可以免費潛水的，完全不用抱那個帶潛水的團，酒店的潛點不輸其他地方的，潛水面罩可以自己帶也可以到後面的街上買，十美元可以買一套自己的，不用租別人咬過的😅。也可以就在海邊躺躺曬太陽，或者在酒店呆著也不會悶，活動很多。來這邊的外國人多，中國人少，不會外語可以用手機上的翻譯軟件，可以解決大多數問題，打車在沙姆沙伊赫就用INdrive，別的不好用，現金付款可以用埃及鎊和美元。個人感覺同樣品質，這裏比國內海邊度假還要便宜呢。總之值得來哦。
