Not the hotel I had originally booked with *******, so when I arrived I was told it was closed and asked to go the hotel pinar plaza a short distance away, however it was clean and tidy and included a fabulous breakfast. First couple of days was ok, after a long sightseeing day in Madrid I returned to-the Pinar plaza hotel around 5pm thought I would get a drink and something to eat, but was informed the bar and restaurant was closed. Also the reception informed me the bar etc would be closed the following day I asked if that included breakfast they said breakfast would be served and that was all. Never have I stayed in a hotel where you cannot eat or get a drink, I was in a residential district so there was nothing around except a bakery across the road which wasn’t ideal.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Internet access was free. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had space for a desk. The hotel is not too far from the airport or city centre by public transportation. It was a bit too pricey especially since breakfast was not included and that was unfortunately. No mini-bar in the room. Drinks had to be purchased in the front desk or ordered for delivery to the room. The location of the hotel is not particularly attractive.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean, very large and clean, and the bathroom was very nicely updated. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I was stupid and didn't remove the drain plug in the sink before using it, so it got stuck with water on top in the sink. I explained to the front desk what was wrong, and a very kind repair man had it sorted within 5-10 mins of my asking. I do speak Spanish so I can't comment on their English proficiency for other tourists though. However, my word of caution: this hotel is about an hour from the city center of Madrid by transport. It's past the end of the line on the Metro, from which you either have to take a bus or walk about twenty minutes (also caution: if you are coming back from the city center after midnight, the buses do not run regularly). That being said, it's a really nice area with a very peaceful walk to the station. Even as a solo 21 year old female walking back past midnight I never felt unsafe at all. Also when I went (mid February) it smelled really nice all around because the flowers were in bloom. Just an FYI because it is a little annoying to meet friends in the city center/do things there and then know you have at least an hour before you get back to your hotel.

我和妻子是北馬德里行政區的常客,每次入住,我們都會爲那裏所有員工的友善、專業和盡職盡責而感到驚訝。近幾個月來,酒店不得不應對許多挑戰,其他許多酒店也一樣....但謝天謝地,埃塞馬德里北酒店在covid 19的動盪時期一直保持開放。看起來他們之所以能保持大門敞開,只是因爲良好的計劃,以及不可避免的人員和設施的削減和大量艱苦的工作。我無法對工作人員的奉獻和對細節的關注表示足夠的讚揚。房間總是一塵不染,維護得很好。在最近的逗留期間,我們經歷了一位叫勞拉的員工對工作的全面奉獻。雪在菲羅梅納風暴期間給馬德里帶來了一場浩劫。酒店被雪封住了,這意味着勞拉是唯一一位在現場獨自經營酒店3天的工作人員。她的行爲堪稱典範。她在這幾天的行爲值得獎勵!當天氣緩和下來....,幫助終於設法到達酒店,米格爾,經理和他的團隊做了出色的工作,超出了他們的工作描述,使酒店變得方便,並重新正常工作。非常感謝他們幫助我們度過這個艱難的週末。我們強烈推薦埃塞馬德里北區,因爲它的舒適性、地理位置、清潔度和友好性。雖然目前那裏的工作人員很少,而且由於19日特大酒店設施有限,但請放心,客人將盡最大努力和禮貌地照顧他們。

酒店在查馬丁地鐵站，還有車站連在一起，各個出口看着很複雜，找路可能會浪費不少時間。基本順着地鐵站綠色的出口指示一直往外走就差不多到了。酒店入口在路面算起第二層，奇怪的是酒店自己電梯寫負二層。房間隔音不太好，周邊關門聲音有點大，外面近馬路車胎噪聲也大。酒店地理位置交通太方便了，周邊步行吃飯買東西也可以，初次到馬德里不太熟悉道路的人可以選擇。
