|距離市中心2.7kmDas Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und groß. Das Bad war sehr modern eingerichtet und ebenfalls sauber. Nachts konnten wir gut schlafen = es war kein Laut von drinnen (im Hotel) oder draußen zu vernehmen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend; alle Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfals freundlich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der komische große Korb, der in unserem Zimmer stand = da bin ich Desnächtens im Dunklen öfter dagegen gerannt. Keine Ahnung, warum der dort steht (siehe Bild) = denn schön ist er nicht und einen besonderen Zweck erfüllt er auch nicht. Ich könnte gut darauf verzichten!

Only 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. You can find Mediterranean breakfast; olive, tomatoes, lettuce, fried eggs. There are many more alternatives. Because of its location and excellent breakfast, I would stay there if I go to Munich again. But there isn’t mini bar. I prefer cold water even if it’s snowing.

|距離市中心2.19km酒店位於離U-Bahn車站Theresienwiese2分鐘的路程,離Oktoberfest場館很近,步行20分鐘即可到達Marienplatz。對於我們支付的價格,您在慕尼黑中心區找不到更好的。我們到達時,房間在中午之前就準備好了。在閱讀其他客人的評論時,我想知道我們是否住在同一個酒店?有客人抱怨說凍僵了,睡在毯子上穿着大衣–,但情況正好相反!由於這些評論,我帶上了我最暖和的睡衣,我根本沒穿,因爲房間裏很暖和(我們12月住了5晚)。散熱器可以根據您需要手動調整,從冷到超級暖和!其他人說他們每人只有一條毛巾,我們有兩個和一條用來擦地板,每次我們把它們扔到淋浴地板上,他們都被換了。房間每天都打掃,而且相當大,有很好的座位區,非常安靜(我們的房間正對院子,3樓),有舒適的牀,超級Wi-Fi(信號非常強)。房間不算豪華,但房間內什麼都沒有(連吹風機也在那裏,顯然其他抱怨的客人找不到,就像抽屜裏一樣)。早餐是標準和體面的,對我們來說唯一的缺點是沒有炒雞蛋。工作人員非常好,樂於助人,我會毫不猶豫地推薦這個地方!

|距離市中心9.89kmDas ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen alles ist ordentlich abgenutzt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gruselig. Kalt und sporadisch. Alles besteht aus Metall quietscht und knarrt, erholsamer Schlaf unmöglich. Über Geschmack kann man sicher streiten aber das Interieur hier ist hart an der Grenze des guten Geschmacks. Das Personal am Empfang als freundlich zu bezeichnen wäre auch übertrieben. Außerdem gab es bei mir Unstimmigkeiten mit der Buchung und Bezahlung, Kommunikation per Mail im Vorfeld scheinbar verschwunden und Zahlung nicht verbucht. Das Frühstück ist nicht opulenten aber es gibt alles was man Braucht, das Restaurant im Haus war entgegen des Rests gut.

|距離市中心6.63kmI'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.

早餐完全沒問題。只是在加註時出現了問題。不幸的是，員工（其中一些也在接待處）更喜歡用外語聊天，我覺得這對德國酒店的客人來說不是特別好。

|距離市中心1.02km酒店位置非常不錯，距離德意志博物館很近，穿過一個綠化帶和一條非常優美的河就到了。而且即使步行到慕尼黑市中心和瑪麗安廣場也就20-30分鐘。而且一河之隔就讓酒店這邊非常的安靜。而且酒店旁邊就是一個奧迪的4S店，可以進去看看德國的奧迪價格，哈哈
但是我不得不說房間內部的條件真的很一般，給我的是頂樓內部帶閣樓的房型。卧室非常小，幾乎衹能放下一張牀，本來看到卧室推門出去就有一個大露台也挺高興，但是後來發現露台完全跟隔壁的都是連通的，不太符合中國人的習慣，而且也讓人覺得不安全。房間裏面的空調幾乎等於擺設，加上剛到慕尼黑的幾天天天艷陽高照，挺熱的。所以晚上很難入睡。我不知道是不是衹有頂樓的房型才會這樣還是都這樣。
這是個公寓型的酒店，房間裏面還有廚房可以用。如果你要自己做飯還是很方便的。不知道是什麼原因我們住的幾天裏面看到酒店裡幾乎大半的旅客都是印度人，客房區到處都是咖喱的味道。

Despite reading reviews on Hostelworld about the single rooms being hot, I have no complaints about the room. I stayed in Munich when the temperature had a low of 20 Celcius and a high of 30. I had no issues with the room. I did have a large fan on in the room, which kept it cool. My room also had its own balcony and I sat outside to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect for those who love their own space or couple. My only gripe was that the WiFi was slow at times, so I couldn't even search the website to test internet speed. I had a data roaming plan, so this wasn't that big of an issue. I would stay here again if I'm back in Munich. A Lidl at the end of the street and the Train station is a 2-minute walk away. It couldn't get better.
