酒店位置方便，對面有商場，22/11 中午到達酒店放行李，接待人員非常有禮貌，本來整體來說，非常好的，但是……. 下午3:00入住時，另一位接待員不太友善，5:00與該名接待員説明，請代存放包裹，朋友會來到取，他就更不友善，好像不願意幫忙 25/11，一位清理房間人員在上午9:40拍門，不友善並説明因過了時間就沒有這服務，她會30分鐘後再來，雖然我們沒有掛牌表示休息中，但我這是第一次有人拍門限時岀門，很奇怪，旅遊不早起是正常，我們只好忽忙30分鐘內岀門。 希望酒店能改善這些問題。

感覺酒店是一棟有點年齡的房子改的，沒有電梯，對行李特別重、多的人不太友好。我住了三個晚上，之前除去搬行李的痛苦外都還不錯，老外的服務態度還是可以的。但是在第二天開始下起大雨，睡覺時候發現從天花板上有一點漏水滴在牀上，雖然不多，但這樣睡覺位置就小了很多。第二天早上我們跟前台說了，他們說會幫我們換一間房。因為我們急着出門，就沒有讓他們立刻換，結果我們下午回來的時候發現他們已經把我們的房間都換了，並且把我們原來房間裏的東西都搬到新房了。他們工作效率是不錯的，但是由於我們出門前並沒有跟他們說過需要他們去幫我們搬東西，他們自作主張把我們本來都還沒收拾好還是打開着的行李合起來搬到新房間。這樣我們拿行李的時候就會發現行李箱裏面亂糟糟的（他們衹是簡單的把東西行李箱蓋起來，中間隔層的拉鏈也不拉），後面又花了些時間自己重新整理。雖然沒掉東西，但還是心裏不舒服。

怎麼説呢，這個條件和價格在悉尼，對我這種爛仔來説簡直太棒了，但如果想要品質的話，那還是多考慮考慮。下面是一個比賽酒吧和**，在酒吧裏辦理入住的。公共衞生間，每天會打掃和放上新毛巾洗浴用品，木地板看着不乾淨，但其實都是些“時間印跡”，清不掉的 還有東西可以講，但總之，想要一個便宜的價格，又不想要太糟糕的環境，這裡是個不錯的選擇 交通時間，公共交通到悉尼歌劇院差不多一個小時好像 廁所圖片，真不放心普遍有紙，自己擦一下，反正我也不是啥講究人🤓

看周深悉尼演唱會，地點非常好，去ICC就步行5分鐘，散着步就到了。晚上睡覺還比較安靜，雖然走道里關門聲音或人説話聲音能聽到，但晚上睡覺沒遇到素質差的其他房客，睡眠很好。早餐廳也整潔乾淨，在酒店前台現買的早餐，好像有優惠。品種不多，能吃飽。很滿意的酒店。在市中心，去哪兒都方便，周圍餐館咖啡奶茶店都很多。有兩個不錯的韓餐廳在步行範圍之內。

房間很寬敞，地理位置很好，下坡之後就可以走到歌劇院，裏最美火車站也很近。非常適合親子旅行，酒店斜對面就是免費的悉尼博物館。酒店洗護是BYREDO的，很喜歡。咖啡機很好用，每天可以自己在房間做一杯咖啡喝，酒店一樓的餐廳價格不算貴但是出餐很慢，不趕時間的話帶小朋友解決午飯晚飯很方便，有小童菜單。
