|距離提第雨林樹冠層之旅1.98km物業太好了。。工作人員很有禮貌..唯一出問題的是工作人員之間的溝通不暢..即使是一再要求我們分配較高樓層的房間並裝飾房間，因為這是我們的第一次婚禮周年紀念日，他們的系統中沒有此要求。這是一家五星級酒店，這不是我們要支付的價格。.接待處辦理入住手續的人問我與我交談過的人的名字關於我的請求..我記得名字，所以對我來說很容易..但是如果我忘記了名字....他們會告訴我這是我的錯。.但是我在手機上記錄了我與員工之間的談話，並且還分享了姓名（Ronak-與我交談的人）和（Savita-誰向我保證了請求將得到解決）
最後，他們讓我與我的房間折衷..他們在一樓（較高的樓層）分配了我的房間，但他們沒有給我帶我所付錢的牀的房間..他們給了我房間與兩張單人牀..我別無選擇，衹能妥協，因為我不想浪費時間辦理入住手續，並在酒店裡度過快樂的一天。.我將酒店評為五星級，但員工的服務和管理為3星..

Other than that, poor service, food taste is either under cooked or filled with spices. Roti/chapati will be severed cold always. Rooms and stairs will have water dropping in raining seasons. So family with small kids should be careful. Other than that hotel is in-between panchagali and mahabaleshwar market so good for people who loves quite stay but overall its wasn't great but normal stay. If hotel improves their services and fixes the water sipage and leakage then it's 4. 5 out 5.

Staff is helpful and also kept our bags safe even after checkout when we went for sightseeing. Hotel is near to main market and main bus stand which helped us save many rounds of fares. Overall it is a good hotel for friends and family if you are looking for a budget yet nice and clean hotel.

Suppose, we have to go early for any destination. What should we do. They must give electric geyser to every room. It is the only pathetic thing at jijau.

I didn't like the hotel location and there is no food option in hotel and nearby. In the photo the hotel looks nice but in actual if anyone visit then it's not like the photo. There is no parking available, we have to park our vehicle infront of our hotel.

room is very smelly i don't like it after few hours the smells goes out. Its ok
shakti the boy was very helpful with us. Overall nice & budget stay. Thankyou mm t to make a wonderful & joy-able trip. Sure we will visit again. Where is my 7% discount voucher?
