This luxurious house is about 6000 sq ft, includes 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, with a 1500 sq ft rooftop deck. Wrought iron fencing around the entire property and electronic security gates for the driveway for additional security. Multiple parks and lakes with walking distance. Private office with multiple monitors and printer to hookup to your laptop to provide a work from home experience.The spaceThis new renovated 6000 sq ft home begins with an amazing open floor plan on the first floor which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 8. The family room comes with a 80" led tv as wells as a large leather sectional sofa with electronic recliners. The living room has a 65" tv with 3 sofas and tables. The game room includes a full size pool table, as well as 6 full size arcade games. This amazing house also has 4 fire places as well as 2 master bedrooms . The first master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, fullsize bathroom with separate tub and shower with 60" tv. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with dresser, nightstand and 42" tv. There are a total of 6 televisions in the house come that with cable, roku and netflix.The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on it, as well as a 1500 sq ft rooftop deck. The master bedroom is on this floor has a walk-in closet, nighstand, dresser, 5 drawer chest, a soaking tub, double vanity sinks, toilet and separate shower. It also has its own deck, perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. There are 2 more standard bedrooms on this floor with one of them having a connecting bathroom door. One bedroom contains a bunk bed as wells a double bed, therefore can sleep 4. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a mini fridge and microwave located on the second floor.The second floor also has a massive rooftop deck that overlooks the downtown skyline. There is a pergola with a covered roof, with patio furniture and television. There are also lounge chairs to sunbathe or simply relax. We also have a outside dining area to drink your wine or eat dinner and enjoy the outdoor living. Do to insurance purposes, the bbq grill CANNOT be used on the rooftop deck.The third floor is its own suite with a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave and full bathroom.We also have 3 queen air mattresses available for use.The basement is where the wine cellar and laundry room is located. This is also where we keep the extra sheets, pillows, towels etc.House Supplies:Your home will come equipped with a starter pack containing essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.PEST CONTROLThis home is regularly sprayed for pests as a preventative measure. Of course, we are located in Florida, and bugs are everywhere! If you notice any live pests during your stay (which is more likely if doors are left open - so please keep them closed), please let us know and we will have someone come out and re-spray. Thank you for understanding.Other Items:The property comes furnished with enough bedding, bath, face, and hand towels to comfortably accommodate the maximum home occupancy. 十一期間三四家朋友一起出行，小院雖然靠近馬路，但是前排的民宿遮擋了噪音，安靜乾淨。能燒烤，也能自己做飯，還有一間麻將室，也可以從老闆家隔壁農家院點菜，性價比很高。 最滿意的還是老闆樸實厚道，廚房的油鹽醬醋和佐料大方借用，居住有求必應，因為臨時多了一位朋友還額外給我們在麻將室加了一張床。

酒店就在西站北廣場，交通特別快捷！ 服務非常棒，還主動幫我升級了客房！前台妹子很有素養，待人温柔可親，使人如沐春風，客房但有任何需要，告知前台，機器人都會立刻自動送上來。早餐也可以，有現做雜醬麪，很不錯！ 唯一有點遺憾的是，住的地方離大馬路太近，晚上噪音較大，希望酒店後續提升防噪音的硬件設施。 綜上所述，這是一個很有潛力的酒店，好評送上！

【超走心評價來啦！】必須給咱房東大哥大姐瘋狂打call！昨兒個跟一幫朋友住的這個延慶四合院民宿真是絕了！ 咱就是説這院子也太會混搭了吧！剛進門兒那老北京四合院的紅漆門樓兒把我魂兒都勾走了，結果一扭頭看見馬頭牆又給我整恍惚了&mdash;&mdash;這咋還穿越到徽州了呢？最逗的是屋裡居然藏着東北大炕！我們幾個南方朋友嗷嗷叫着往上撲，那炕燒得暖乎乎的，配上空調簡直能過冬！ 六間房都倍兒新倍兒敞亮，被褥帶着陽光味兒，洗手間比我自家都乾淨！重點誇誇這個神仙廚房！好傢伙打開櫃子我驚了，骨瓷盤子亮得能照鏡子，高腳杯整整齊齊排排站，這不就是五星級酒店配置嘛！雙開門大冰箱+商用冰櫃，我們帶的三十斤羊肉捲兒都塞不滿！ 晚上可算玩嗨了！前院兒支起燒烤架滋啦冒油，後院鐵鍋燉咕嘟咕嘟香飄十里~吃飽喝足轉戰娛樂室，麥霸在KTV嚎《最炫民族風》，麻將桌那邊&quot;胡了！&quot;的尖叫此起彼伏。最絕的是夜深人靜時，躺在院子裏看星星，南邊果木林沙沙響，北邊停車場保安大叔還幫我們看車，這安全感絕了！ 房東姐姐巨貼心！聽説我們要來提前把地暖開了，臨走還塞給我們自家種的蘋果！啥也不説了，等冬天下雪我們還來盤炕吃鐵鍋燉！兄弟姐妹們沖這個神仙院子就完事了！[愛心][愛心][愛心]

房間很乾凈整潔，保潔阿姨打掃的也很及時，有一天我用手機攝像頭拍照時，在酒店淋浴頭上拍到了一個小紅點（後續鬧了個大烏龍，其實是水漬或者是手機攝像頭的反光），酒店工作人員積極處理解決，為了打消我的疑慮，把淋浴頭拆下來，全程帶我把淋浴頭用螺絲刀卸，發現弄不開直接找了個鎚頭把它錘爛了，裡邊什麼都沒有，衹有一些水垢，從我反饋到解決完成整個時間不超過一小時，感謝前台的小姐姐小哥哥們積極耐心的解決問題，確實很感動，謝謝！

十二月是北京的淡季。 選擇這間空中民宿是因為它距離慕田峪長城纜車入口僅幾步之遙。 住宿還不錯，到達後不能添加早餐，因此我們不得不在從酒店到纜車入口方向的路上的幾家餐館吃飯，請注意，它們在下午 6 點關門，下午 5 點左右天黑。房間很寬敞，但淋浴水流很小。電視遙控器無法正常運作。安靜的地方。 旅行第四天的長城，我們坐纜車上去，然後步行下來，走了很多路和爬樓梯（大約 9k 級台階），接下來的 3 天每一步都是一個挑戰，因為雙腿的肌肉非常酸痛😂

來野鴨湖好幾次了，也體驗了幾次不同風格的酒店民宿，綜合比較，還是更推薦這家。一是酒店硬件好，房間寬敞，裝修很新，也有一些小小的小童設施；二是酒店位置好，白天去景點，離野鴨湖、世園公園都挺近，晚上酒店休息，安靜得衹剩蟲鳴，對得起恬園逸舍的大名吧；三當然就是——老闆很熱情，對顧客提出的需求都儘可能滿足了。

好久沒有來北京出差了，這家酒店應該是北方的連鎖大品牌，但是我覺得莫名其妙，明明300多塊錢的價格，硬生生隔天要漲到六七百！還要我給他評價！還是給他個五星好評吧！你又沒啥大活動！300多漲到500多，我覺得可以接受一下，漲到七八百！太瘋狂了吧！評論一下它的硬體設施，總體來説硬件連鎖的都不會太差！前台裝修的很説不出的風格應該是法式吧！前台的後面有一台不錯的咖啡機！咖啡豆用的還是不錯的！早餐9點下去吃，感覺亂哄哄的。但是油條還蠻好吃的。！房間的隔音環境衞生，總體來説五星好評吧，畢竟是連鎖的，差也不會差到哪裡去。用的那些清潔用具都是世界大品牌。離地鐵站有點遠，大概要走個七八分鐘吧，要繞個一圈，從H口出來！酒店的對面就有一個商場，還有一家四季民福！這家的鴨子肯定好吃！前台的服務五星好評唄！這家酒店我應該是來住過的！有點小印象的！

新建的民宿。環境 設施這些在當地都差不多，最重要的是老闆的服務態度，太感人了。 去之前電話聯繫了一下，隨口説了一句，大概到達的時間，沒想到老闆的叔叔居然在路邊等着。漆黑的夜，車停在了路邊，正在猶豫左拐還是右拐的時候，一個熱情的聲音傳過來：你是誰誰嗎，我在等你…那感覺~~太好了。推薦入住。

很不錯的一家民宿。 有一說一住過很多家民宿，這家民宿的硬件條件一般，但是老闆非常熱情，而且儘可能滿足客人的一切要求，能感受到是在用心做的希望做得好的。值得一提的是早餐，我們住了兩天，兩天早上老闆都為我們打了五穀豆漿，超級好喝特別香。第二天還煮了紅薯，一看就是自己家種的紅薯，紅壤的很甜。唯一的不足就是蠅子太多了，希望治理一下。以後還會去的。

小院在村委會附近。老闆挺熱情，聽我孩子問能不能打乒乓球，特意給我們換到有球枱的院子。院子環境不錯，廚房大，可以自己做飯，院子裏可燒烤，邊吃邊用KTV.五一我們到的最早，別人還沒來。孩子喜歡的上午都沒去景點，獨享了半天的小院。孩子還和院主小哥打了一場球。早餐可以去高老莊飯店吃，也可以在小院掃碼點餐，會給送來。離清涼谷開車五分鐘很方便，那邊很多玩的，附近玩水方便。夏天消暑好地方，還推薦給了朋友，以後一定還來

特別滿意的一次入住體驗，首先要感謝天河川一舍民宿的老闆，大哥很熱情，處處關照，讓我們有了種賓至如歸的感受。民宿整體都很雅緻乾淨，院中成人和小童都有很多玩樂的地方，沙坑，玩具，滑梯，鞦韆，讓父母釋放雙手的遊樂區，如果我們早幾個月來，小朋友們還可以去游泳。我們去了菜地，挖了紅薯，花生，大哥給我們挖了兩大兜子，還給我們拿了栗子，和倭瓜，味道都特別好，紅薯別看剛從地裏挖出來，還挺甜。我們是烤串涮鍋都準備了，到之後才發現有人在烤全羊，下次去我們也要準備一隻，太香了。夜景老闆布置了一個燈光秀，和打卡點，照片效果沒有裸眼看好，真實體驗感很棒。住房也很舒適乾淨，總體來說，沒有不滿意的地方，特別感謝。
