酒店位於車站邊，主打一個出行方便。酒店人員很簡單，一樓有一個餐廳，進門有一張桌子就一位工作人員，前台兼保安。接着就是每層樓的清潔人員。酒店設施還是比較新的，訂的標間房間不大，可以平開大尺寸的行李箱。酒店衞生可能需要做一次徹底的清潔，我住的房間，晚上發現了床蟲。鑒於已經很晚了我就沒找酒店溝通，但我還是對房間尤其是床的位置 做了徹底的檢查。床單枕套其實有換新，但到了床墊層還是會看到一些毛屑。所以也不想多説啥。回來就過敏性皮炎了

乘坐歐洲之星到達巴黎北站很晚了，生怕有危險。車站不出所料鬧哄哄。不過酒店距車站很近，離地鐵站也比較近。 前台小哥還算友好，房間靠路邊，換不了，説是提前安排好的。還好比較累，很快就睡了。 室內都沒有瓶裝水的，房間擁擠，行李不太放得開。窗户小小的一個。

I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.

Hotel is good for family and solo also. I stay alone. Room is first floor are totally good. Staff is helpful. I like my stay. Food is fresh. Building is old but everything is working. Located within 1 km from SMVD Katra railway station. Taxis and 🛺 are easily available. If contacted early, the hotel will arrange complementary pick up and drop off. Food is home made, one has to order at least half an hour in advance. Delicious Indian crusin. Rooms are specious but there are no cupboards or hangers. Bathrooms are clean but one has to ask for toiletries as per requirement. Bathtowels and bed lenin are clean. Overall an excellent stay within a reasonable budget.

The rooms are v different from what is shown in the pictures. I won’t say they are dirty. They were clean but the propert seems very old. Wall cracks and damping is covered with wallpaper which is also coming off. Tap was loose and the furniture seems too old. per night is high for this quality.

It was one of the best hotel. Property is located just 1 km away from the katra railway station. And very close to the main bazaar. The in- house restaurant is awesome & serves delicious food. Room service is also awesome. Rooms were spotless and facilities were well maintained. Especially staff is very good and always ready to help you. I asked for the lunch at 17:30 pm and they provide me very delicious food. I am totally satisfied with the hotel room and services. Go for this hotel without any second thought.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. The view from the gallery was amazing. The helipad is quite close to this hotel. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. It is a very good hotel and value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting katra for devi darshan.

I chose this hotel due to its close proximity from Niharika Bhawan from where one gets RFID for yatra. We were 6 and booked one room for just 2-3 hours. Reached hotel around 3 pm and requested receptionist that we would be staying only for 2-3 hours for dress change and fresh but they didn't allow. They told us to book another triplet room. We didn't feel good about it. Also they didn't have separate clock room for keeping luggage . I think there will be better property at this price.
