It is in an excellent location, 5.7 miles to Downtown, 7.4 miles to the airport, 15 miles to Graceland, and 5 minutes to Cooper-Young night life. U of M, CBU, Rhodes College, Pink Palace and the Zoo are minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire house. Contact us for small bridal luncheon, birthday dinner, etc. Please do not book our home if you are simply in need of a party space. The spaceOur house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath with hardwood floors throughout the house. All bedrooms and a large sitting room are upstairs which is just as large as the downstairs living area. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a nook. Each of the other three bedrooms has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the large sitting room upstairs. All queen beds except one are brand new. Brooks Museum,Overton Park,Levitt Shell, Overton Square.... 20+ restaurants, bars,movie theater,Ballet Memphis,2 theater groups and live music.I am a local contractor and designer who has taken this 1910 cottage and gutted most it to the studs and made it a 2018 show place with attention to the details. Everything is new. Kitchen has gas cooking and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a memorable meal. Roomy dining room with table for 8. 2 bedrooms... one with Queen and larger room with King. Both with luxurious bedding and linens. In the dining room a twin day and twin trundle bed are provided. 3 HDTV with cable,Apple TV,Netflix and WiFi provided to my guests. Outdoor space is provided on the front porch and makes for the perfect outdoor entertaining and relaxing spot. Newly landscaped yard with parking for 3 cars on driveway. Guest house is occupied by long term tenant. My goal in choices of finishes and furnishings was to provide better than a 5 star hotel quality me know if I accomplished my goal !! 酒店很美就在阿姆運河前面這一塊鬧中取靜離博物館和dam square都很近套房沒有很大 welcome card寫錯了性別寫成Mr但後來都被很好解決了以及攜程上寫一張King 後來入住變成了兩張Queen 酒店整體像個藝術館到處都是很美的細節房卡是很可愛的卡通人物很細節泳池區也很美就是池子有點小以及早餐是include的攜程的訊息又錯了建議大家可以問reception確認

有冰箱吹風機很方便。房間很大，兩個人住很方便。這次安排的是0樓的房間。第一天去到下雨，店員還給借了傘。附近基本上是中東人居住地，很多土耳其菜，也有個大商場，吃飯購物也方便。非常適合商務旅遊出行。價格也因為比較遠，價格相對貴一點，但是確實比其他的xo酒店性價比要好很多

酒店位置超好，到凡高愽物館僅需3分鐘，到國家愽物館僅5分鐘，均是步行，到市區重要景點均可步行，不超1小時。從機場直接坐397公交車9站就到了，直接刷信用卡收了4.03歐，從飛機落地到辦好入住僅一個半小時。酒店前台幾位服務員都非常熱情，第二天退房後寄存了4件行李，每件行李都掛上標簽並放入專門的房間，服務員還叫我們拍照，以免找不到存根後方便取行李。酒店附近有一個大超市，步行也就5分鐘左右，但早上八點才開。房間雖然不是很大，但乾淨衞生，有電水壺和咖啡機，給了4個咖啡膠囊，還有茶包。

其實還是蠻適合女生一個人來阿姆斯特丹旅行住宿的，離市區不是很近，交通費要花不少，周圍算是個小商圈，青旅門口就有個麥當勞，但周圍的話不建議在太晚的時候閑逛，感覺小危險。有兩層，每層都有浴室和廁所，床位有簾子這是最棒的，每個床位下面都有一個鏤空可以拖拉的儲物空間，老實説我覺得這個不是很方便。12人間住起來確實完善容易睡不着，建議自備耳塞。
