Welcome to our "Graduate Style" HOME! Located close to ALL the USC fun in Columbia. One mile from "Willy B" stadium and centrally located to all the fun! Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that is PERFECT to share with other families or for a larger family visiting Columbia. Fun decor with a USC vibe! ALL NEW beds and linens. Kitchen fully stocked with all new dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc. Traditional coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Great seating in the living room with a smart TV and Wifi. Master bedroom on first floor with king bed and full double sink bathroom and smart TV. Huge walk in closet with luggage racks and steamer. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and huge walk in closets and luggage racks. Full bathroom upstairs between bedrooms with double sink and tub/shower. Washer and dryer on main level.Recently converted from a student rental to a VRBO. We are currently still updating and will be doing patching and full paint in the coming month.
