|距離市中心0.23kmGrand thecady is located very close to the market. Acomodation / room is good with all necessary items. Reception was promptly respond to my querries even before reaching. Over all service was quite satisfactry. Room was clean and well maintained. Food was good. I stayed there for one night with my family. I will recommend this property.

|距離市中心29.51kmHotel on main road on way to thekkady 12 km. Rooms are very clean comfortable to stay. Visited during middle of october. Climate was pleasant. May be off season, the visitors were limited. Staff are co operative. Restaurant is there but with limited items. Anakkara spices and ayurvedic medicine is very close to the hotel. We puposely came here to take ayurvedic medicine due to good result experienced in the past.

|距離市中心1.61kmDuring my stay at the clouds valley hotel in munnar, i experienced a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceedingly courteous, providing helpful information about the local area and enhancing my overall experience. The food offered was good, although i found the non-vegetarian spread to be somewhat limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful location.

|距離市中心14.97kmThe property is in between of a lush green mountain. The taxi will drop on main road, and the jeep from resort will pick up. There is no extra cost for jeep service. Any number of times you could go up and down. The view from the rooms is extremely beautiful. Rooms are very spacious. There is an restaurant also serving non veg/veg food. Insde the pr property has a beautiful garden worth exploring. The staff is extremely helpful, and unlike any other hotels, they don't ask/demand tips. Very decent staff.

|距離市中心1.09kmLocation is good, Food is over priced, room is OK, toilet is dirty, sticky, oily toilet floors, mouldy ceiling, one staff by the name Pradeep he was really helpful and a good one but rest of the reception staff was kind off cunning. The morning buffet was really good. To be honest one staff made my stay unpleasant. Today morning at 9:30 while we got out of the hotel for sight seeing he followed me out to the parking he asked me sir are you checking out now so I replied my check out time is 12 pm and not now so he said I want you to know that you have to report before 12 to check out. It was like he wanted us out of the hotel as early as possible, so I really got pissed off cancelled my plans for sight seeing near by and then check out instead I checked out that moment itself and informed Mr Pradeep that staff spoke like this and I am checking out now and I left.

Nice homely foodbeautiful interiorsvery spacious roomvibe is peacefuldon't expect facilities like phone in room, room service for food, pool, gym, a lot in breakfast buffet, etc. They claim that they make food after receiving order, which seems justified, since the food is tasty. The location of resort is pretty interior, but that's what is giving it a forest view from room. The parking seems limited, but cars and bikes can be parked if space is available. It was a pretty hospitable staff. It seemed they have good location and looks of the resort, both outside and inside, but adding more services within will make it a competitive resort. But then of course, the price will also shoot up.

the room was spacious with a comfortable lounge area as well. Bathroom was excellent. There was a beautiful balcony with a view. Cons:
balcony had a view but no seating arrangement so it was difficult to enjoy the view for a longer period. Dental kit was not provided in the bathroom. Our main concern was no hot water when required. When complained about it they were preparing the hot water separately and provided which is a big drawback. I booked pool view rooms and i was given completely different rooms but the resort people didn't even bother to talk with us before providing or changing. Swimming pool was bit dirty and there was no regular cleaning.

This resort is located in Pallivasal which is also near to Munnar town, which is around 6 Kms. It is maintained very cleanly . Especially the staff are very polite and helpful. Overall our stay at this Resort is very good.
