To reach by bus.The 100 m² 4-room apt located in Dresden Strehlen. Since it is located in a side street, it is located but quiet infrastructure well connected. Tram stops, shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes on Wasaplatz. The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything what is needed. In the kitchen you will find dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, spices etc. WiFi, TV, radio are available, but a cable NOT. In addition, the apartment has a balcony and a washing machine. The construction of Wilhelminian style villas, farmhouses and small inner city architecture meet in our "Strehlen" district. All within an old village center, which borders the inner city of Dresden. The current district of Dresden has always been a popular destination for the citizens of Dresden, in the time when it was still an independent village on an idyllic stream. Strehlen still makes a very special impression on its visitors today!You can expect the latest standard in our guest house, such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, new kitchen appliances and complete equipment. Nothing should be missing!The Strehlen district of Dresden was an independent village until the turn of the century. With the arrival of the Saxon Crown Prince, this district, which was industry-free by royal decree, quickly developed into a trendy district. Not far you can find the largest city park of Dresden, the "Great Garden" with park railway, botanical garden, gondola pond and beer gardens. Villas and old farmsteads border our street. Discover the city from here! We have several direct bus and tram connections to the center (10 minutes) but also a direct bus connection to Pillnitz with the castle and park or with the S-Bahn to the heart of "Saxon Switzerland" with its legendary mountains and hiking trails. You can reach all important sights via the tram-bus S-Bahn network of the city of Dresden.In our Dresden district "Strehlen", which Saxon kings have already chosen as a resort, the construction of Wilhelminian villas, farmhouses and small inner-city architecture meets. All within an old village center, which borders on the Dresden city center. You expect the latest standard and a really big and sunny roof terrace!Immediately next to our quarter you have several tram and bus service in the center and surroundings of Dresden. A S-Bahn station, a nearby motorway junction (eg to Prague or Berlin). The main station is also directly accessible. If you come by plane we offer you an airport transfer on request. Your car is quiet and safe in the adjacent small side streets.The Dresden district of Strehlen was an independent village until the turn of the century. Not far you will find the largest park in Dresden with park railway botanical garden, gondola pond and beer gardens, the "Great Garden". Villas and old farmhouses border our street.
