Stylish new town house with a beach feel to suit its location. Large sliding doors with deck access for outdoor dining.Ideally situated close to Tahunanui beach and all it has to offer with a large park across the road, playground and other outdoor activities. A short walk to bars and restaurants.This is a two level townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and kitchen/dining/living upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining living with wide sliding doors onto a balcony.There are two bedrooms one with a king bed and ensuite and one with a super king and separate bathroom. In February 2023 we will have the option of a king bed and two singles.Linen is included, however we ask that you pay a cleaning fee of $60 for your stay.Washing machine and dryer also available to use.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

房間還不錯，周邊的環境也很好，走過一片綠草地就是海邊，雖然遠離市區大概4公里左右，周邊沒有什麼商業設施，但是開車自駕的話並無太大的障礙。衹是不知道趕上了什麼活動，房價高性價比實在太差了。服務很一般，不是太熱情。

Beautiful new spacious Groundfloor Apartment with great views of Tasman Bay. 10 minute walk to one of New Zealands Best Swimming Beaches,Cafes, Bars Shops and Restaurants. The apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has King Bed and boasts great views, Bedroom 2... Queen bed and also boasts great views. Bedroom 3....Twin beds and unfortunately no views. There is also a Cosy lounge, Great Views, Sky TV, DVD, The kitchenette is small but adequate..The cooking of a Top Cook oven,electic frypan, microwave,double elements, toaster and'electric all utensils and is a fridge/ front loading washing machine. We supply sufficient tea, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towel, toilet paper, soap etc to get you started for your stay .... Outside is a courtyard with hooded barbecue. A long deck runs off the queen bedroom and seating and great views,. There is a wonderful lawn with gardens We live above The Apartment so are available to help with ideas of where to go and what to do. There is a very Large Luxurious bath,huge walk in shower ,toilet and double handbasin. The apartment has its own entrance and a carpark on the grounds. Our Neighborhood is extremely Safe.
