An easy five minute stroll will take you to the village with pub, cafes, shops, beach and boating activities.The bright, sunny Garden Studio is fully self-contained, has its own entrance, sleeps two, has a private deck overlooking a tranquil garden and plenty of off-street parking.Bed-linen, towels, coffee, tea and milk are supplied. Well behaved pets are welcome as the garden is securely fenced.The spaceThe studio has a double bed, a comfy couch, a TV and a small dining-table. The recently renovated bathroom comes with toiletries and quality towels. The kitchen is appointed with a microwave, a small fridge and has all you need to prepare simple meals. A toaster, kettle and coffee plunger are provided along with coffee, tea and milk. 我留在這裡參加考試。離車站很遠，所以不能說位置很好。從最近的車站搭乘計程車大約需要 10 至 15 分鐘。周圍有幾家餐館。早餐是自助式的，很美味。沒有自動販賣機，但可以在前台購買飲料。很高興它有一個很大的公共浴室。

酒店比較舊了，但是維護的還不錯。來慕張messe參加展會。酒店臨近慕張本鄉站，需要坐公交車到海濱幕張站。早飯需要額外付費，總體來説兩天的早飯都比較豐富。前台可以問要一下泡澡的浴鹽。車站出來有一家炸豬排咖喱店味道不錯，量大管飽。兩家臨酒店的便利店沒什麼好吃的。

距離蘇我站很近。去東京市區的話，也方便。大概990日元單程，一個小時多些。主要這裏價格便宜。還有公共温泉。温泉營業時間很長，下午15點到次日10點。温泉很小的一個池子，帶三個坐淋和一個小桑拿房。晚上有免費小冰棍，早上有免費養樂多。夜裡21:30～23:00有免費的夜宵麪條。整體還是不錯的，房間比市區商務酒店還大一些些。附近有好幾家日本居民去的超市，尤其這家步行10分鐘不到的BELC我很喜歡。營業到24點，20點開始部分生鮮打20%，21點開始打50%。體會到了日本人夜裡搶半價的樂趣。尤其生魚片，種類很多，也很新鮮。

酒店交通很方便，千葉車站東口走過來10分鐘，離一個小超市很近，能很方便的購物和解決早餐。管理上也很不錯，樓下有一個很大的自由飲食區，帶了微波爐和熱水和供客人使用餐具。房間本身很舒服，一個人住該有的設施都有，但是似乎攜程預訂給的房間是日本人不喜歡的x04號，然後6樓房間有股很明顯的異味，大概是地毯散發的。為了消除這個味道不得不盡量開窗和一直開着空氣凈化器。相比之下朋友住的5樓的房間就沒這個問題，希望酒店方能改善一下6樓的這個問題。

為了看con訂的，離幕張體育館很近，看con很方便！十分鐘就能走得到。成田機場可以直接坐機場大巴直達，對面就是奧萊，坐車10分鐘就能到超大的購物中心，購物還是不錯的，雖然是郊區周邊也有很多便利店不用擔心吃喝，走三四分鐘就能到jr站，乘坐千葉線可以不用換乘就能到迪士尼和進市中心，對交通超級滿意～酒店房間比較小，廁所尤其的小，雙人間的廁所智能勉強站進一個人，廁所比較矮，高個子可能覺得不方便，酒店本身是比較乾淨的，每天都有人來清掃酒店的前台人很好，雖然不懂中文但用英文交流完全沒問題，會幫忙代訂出租車，寄存行李等等沒什麼問題總體來説是很推薦的，這個價位定到這個酒店很滿意，推薦看con的姐妹們住

給予酒店滿分！酒店在幕張豐砂站旁邊，從東京站乘坐千葉線即可到達。旁邊有大型Aeon mall，行兩天也行不完的商場，亦有很多小孩友善的餐廳和遊樂場。另外，酒店步行15分鐘可到Round one 和設有西松屋的本地家品商場。前往千葉市也可方便，一家人在這住三日兩夜，不想走太多景點的話，這裏是絕對推薦的。設備方面，大堂設有的日用品如牙刷、浴帽、面部護理等皆很高質，最驚喜的是面膜和入浴劑。房間設計新穎，洗手間乾濕分離，最貼心是椅上設有按摩器，在這渡假實在太寫意了～

施設の状態から部屋の空け閉めがカードでは無く普通の鍵でやるのは仕方ないとして冷暖房の古さ、カーペットのシミの汚れ等、宿泊値段とは不釣り合いな施設だと判断します。一夜だけの場でも気持ち良く過ごす為に改善をして頂きたいと希望します

當我真正生活時,我並沒有感覺到Chiba站的位置不好或太遠。當然,工作人員非常友好。酒店的鑰匙不是卡,而是鑰匙。當我外出時,我把工作人員留在櫃檯,然後四處走走,所以沒有什麼不便之處。在牀邊給手機充電或電池充電時因爲不在附近,所以稍微充電的時候有不便。儘管如此,以便宜的價格度過了愉快的時光,沒有任何不便。

在東京地區一直使用這家酒店作為去往美國或者從中國過來的中轉放鬆酒店，設施雖然並不新但是維護的不錯，雙床房的面積令人滿意，各種公用設施設計合理，這次從夏威夷兩週火山徒步回來正好倒時差，周圍日餐豐富，腸胃恢復的很舒服，築地食堂以及各種逛街比東京都舒服很多，東京灣也是非常好的與當地人週末同樂的放鬆運動好地方。
