Enjoy the open plan kitchen/living/dining area or move to the patio and enjoy our outside seating/BBQ area and soak in the open countryside. A fully fitted kitchen is also at your disposal. Free parking. Free WiFi. The seaside town of Nairn is only 3 miles away, Inverness/Elgin 20 miles, Aviemore 30 miles.The spaceUpon entering your accommodation you will be instantly met by the beautiful country views via the entrance hall floor to ceiling window. Please make yourselves at home by making full use of the seated shoe storage unit and coat rack.Relax in the spacious open plan living area with four-seater corner sofa, TV and dining table for four. Via two large patio doors you can soak in the peaceful countryside views or venture out on to your own private patio and relax with a drink or a good book on our patio furniture.Kitchen: a gathering place for friends and family, a place where memories are homemade and seasoned with love. Our fully fitted kitchen is at your disposal to cook, create and enjoy.Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, full length mirror and black out blind. There is free parking in front of the accommodation for two cars.Access to the property is via a lock box located on the right hand side of the entrance door. Please make sure you return the key to the lock box each time you leave the property and upon your departure. Lost keys will charged for.The outdoor patio area which is accessed from the living area is for your private use.Other things to notePlease note our family home is attached to this accommodation which is accessed via an internal door which will be locked during your entire stay. Ideal for Couples requiring a tranquil child free zone, This is one of two recently refurbished modern and luxurious Apartments with spacious open plan Living area with Luxury fully fitted Kitchen with French door leading to private decking area overlooking the garden where you can relax over breakfast or watch the sunset with a glass of wine . Off the living area is a good sized bedroom with superking size double bed. There is more than adequate wardrobe space and drawers and there is a luxurious en-suite shower room. All fresh towels and bed linen is supplied together with shampoo, shower gel etc. The living area contains a two seater sofa and a chair Modern High Level Dining Table and four stools. Exactly as shown in the photographs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob unit, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Coffee Machine etc. There is no room for a drier but we have two driers in the house which guests can use on request. There is flat screen TV and DVD in each room. The Apartments both have full central heating and are suitable for both summer and winter occupation. Each apartment has it's own private entrance. The Annex is attached to the owners house and Leslie is happy to impart his local knowledge and advise on the best places to visit and local restaurants etc. If required Leslie is happy to take guests on day trips around the local area if they wish to take a rest from driving.
