Ample free street parking or paid off street parking.This private space offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV for streaming entertainment and an Alexa controlled Fabriq speaker for you to enjoy your music. Please note we do not have any cable or basic channels with our T.V. as we offer free Netflix for guests to choose shows or films from. The Kitchen is fully operational with a microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishware, flatware and complimentary tea and coffee. There is enough dishware/flatware for 4-6 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. There is also a dining table which seats 4 people in the kitchen. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided. Both bedrooms have one queen size bed each and there is also a small office area. Living room has one sofa and one love seat (these are not sofa beds). A queen size air mattress is also provided allowing up to 6 maximum guests. We also offer free laundry facilities which is located through the door of the back bedroom.You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road. Ample free street parking or paid off street parking.This walk in 1st floor spacious 2 bedrooms apt has one queen size bed each bedroom and there is also a small office table with couch on the rear bedroom. Living room has one sofa and 2 chairs seats (these are not sofa beds). Pull out beds and air mattresses is also provided allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably ( more air mattresses can be provided upon request). The location, layout, and superior exterior spaces make this unit stand out. We have small patio off living room with space to grill and enjoy the great weather. There is also spacious shared Rooftop deck which offers great water views of the Portland Harbor. The location and outdoor space makes this apt great choice. Our private apt offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV in all rooms with streaming entertainment with free Netflix/Hulu for our guests. The Kitchen is fully operational with kitchen island that seats 4 (more seating in living room), microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish ware, flatware. There is enough dish ware/flatware for 8-10 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided. We also offer free laundry facilities for our guests. You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road or ask us to arrange off street parking for fee. There is also a beautiful park many guests enjoy visiting on York St. We do allow pets for one time pet fee of $40. Please note this space is a home, not a fancy five star resort or luxury spa hotel. We have renovated the apartment and have it professionally cleaned after each guest. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in. If you would like to book our apartment please do bear in mind that you are booking a ‘home’ and not a big chain resort/hotel. Location, location! And of the best locations in town! This is such a great place to stay while in Portland. I have no doubts you will love it! It's beautifully furnished and a close to everything! There is no kitchen but there is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and small fold down table/desk. You are a short walk to the Old Port, nightlife, shopping, tons of restaurants, museums, the waterfront and parks. A great shared deck is available for your quiet enjoyment! Rental is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building in one of Portland's most sought after locations. There are numerous walkable options nearby for great food and entertainment. Which include: The Old Port shopping and restaurants, The Portland Museum of Art, Children's museum, Bao Bao - amazing Dumpling house across the street, Ottos pizza, Cross Insurance Arena and great coffee shop just a two minute walk!This rental has it all! 2BRs, living room with sectional sofa, A/C, 3 TV's, wifi and smart tv (netflix etc.), washer/dryer in unit, large roof-top deck overlooking Portland and Historic Park Street. Very private space! Please take note that the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor are a bit narrow.
