Sunny Florida room with retractable sliding glass doors opens to the pool. Caged pool surrounded by garden and private fenced backyard. New expanded pool cage was built in 2023 after old cage was destroyed by hurricane Ian. You would love our home for location, comfort and privacy! After you spend your day exploring, come home to relax in the completely private, screened heated pool that is surrounded by fenced backyard with a garden. Pool heater is electric heat pump that could keep pool warm in any weather. And we do not charge any extra for pool heating! The oversized enclosed Florida room with breakfast table and chairs features glass retracting sliding doors from top to bottom, and side to side brings a lot of sunlight and opens to the pool. Pool deck has aluminum table, chairs and lounges for outdoor casual meal. Pool is equipped with a color changing light for night-time swimming.
