千萬不要讓前台holy（女性，音譯）給你們辦理入住我們從7.20--7.28入住期間，這位holy根本不管我們是否已經交過按金和房費，一直瘋狂用我們提供的信用卡胡亂扣款一次扣2200多美金，一次扣150多美金，問就是扣錯了，會退還但是一直以酒店退款系統有問題拖延退款，至今為止均不退款非常影響入住的心情
