That said, the piano is a $30,000 piece of art, and is not ideal for the novice. So, the piano is protected by a locked cover, which can and will be unlocked and removed prior to your arrival, with advance request.** Air Conditioning - The A/C system services the main and upper levels of the home, which are the only portions of the home that could get too warm. The lower level has no A/C because it is garden level, and remains cool all summer, naturally. Don't worry, though, if the lower level is too cool, you can always open the door to let in that fresh mountain air, or turn on the fireplace.** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
