Hotel is in nice location just next to bus stop and with lots of amenities like hot pool, jacuzzi etc. Kids will have lots of fun. Very near to good restaurants. However the room service must be requested every day if you are staying there for several days.

El hotel es viejo. Es aceptable por el precio que cobran. Los áreas de oportunidad serían el olor a cloro que usan para los jacuzzi y tambien el olor del Subway que tienen en la olanta baja. En 6 dias que me hospedé, sólo 1 vez hicieron limpieza en la habitación. Las chicas de recepción tienen muy buena actitud. Si llevas maletas grandes pide en la planta baja. Sólo hay 2 elevadores y para llegar a las habitaciones en los pisos 2 y 3 debes subir y/o bajar, están en desnivel muchas de ellas. La habitacion principal tiene termostato que regula bien la temperatura, pero en la habitacion del salón hace frio y entra mucha luz.

Lots of amenities. Room was great for the price paid. Free parking was very nice. Convenient to I70 and walking trails. The room was a little hot. The property itself is dated and could use a big update. Despite that it is still a nice place to stay and was very clean.

Bonito y comodo

Was given a room on the second floor, it was right over a restaurant, next to someone listening to some terrible music on a loud speaker, and next to someone else with a dog that was barking non stop. Ran over to city market and nothing had quieted down. The room was about 80 degrees and too warm to close the patio. Went to the lobby and asked for a new room. The guy had to wait for a manager. He was not friendly. Not rude, but personality less. The manager seemed unclear as to why the employee needed his permission to move me as I had just recently checked in.. got everything settled and a new room. Overall, just a strange experience with the front desk. There ended up being an air-conditioning unit in the second room. It was extremely noisy to run and primarily only cooled 1/2 of the unit but was way too hot to sleep without it. Even with it running, I woke up in a pool of sweat. As I was now moved to the first floor I did not feel comfortable leaving the door open while I slept. There was dust on the refrigerator and the patio had not been cleaned and what looked like months spiderwebs, and dead leaves, littered the chairs and ground. At the end of the day, it was a bed and a small kitchen to prepare some food. Not sure I would stay here again.

Was great location. Nice property but staff was not helpful and there's no ramp to level one from lobby rooms so you can use the dolly to haul your stuff. Staff was not helpful with questions and appeared bothered we were even there.

There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs.
