Located on the main channel of Lake Hamilton, this property is clean, modern and comfortable and comes complete with beautiful lake views. The condo sleeps up to 6 people. We have year-round water! Conveniently located near everything in Hot Springs. It's a 10 minute drive to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino; 10 minutes to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park; 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Hot Springs; 8 minutes to Mid-America Museum; and 15 minutes to Garvin Woodland Gardens! There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away which boasts a small sand beach ideal for swimming and children.This is also a great place to launch your boat. Elegant furniture with modern touches make the living room a great place to stretch out and relax. Enjoy your favorite TV shows (on basic cable) or movies on the 55" flat screen TV. There is an additional TV in both bedrooms. Free WiFi. The living room has a large, comfortable sleeper sofa.
