很寬敞的房間。乾淨舒適。 舒適的牀墊。 兩台電視。 聲音阻塞不是很好。

Alles OK. An der Sauberkeit im Zimmer kann hier und da noch gearbeitet werden. Frisches Wasser könnte man auch täglich ins Zimmer bringen.

房間和室都很大,很舒適的裝飾,牀上很棒的,很重要的空調,早餐非常多樣,很美味但是最好的服務--很少酒店接待員是如此的幫助和友好。我們旅行得相當多,這個酒店接待員得到10分11分😀

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 suite à un retard de vol, la réception nous a attendu et nous a accompagné jusqu'à nos chambres .Propreté impeccable. Chambres climatisées et spacieuses , TV dans chaque chambre , eau et thés à disposition. Petit déjeuner buffet continental varié avec spécialités croates. Bon emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville et à 15 minutes de l'aéroport.

I extended my stay with 2 more nights because the location of the hotel is perfect for my group. The common spaces are spacious and so are the rooms. But we got a room right next to the lift and the room had a door with the room next door. Because of that, the noise from the neighbors during the last night was pretty disturbing! And again, the breakfast is somehow disappointing for an hotel from that level. We stayed in a smaller 4 star hotel at the beginning of our stay in Split and the breakfast was much nicer and so was the cappuccino.

入住辦理並不開心，攜程和酒店兩邊都有待改進。攜程這邊，能不能把海景房改成側海景房啊，我訂的海景房，看出去是馬路和樹木，站在陽台角落伸出頭去能看到一個角落的海景。我原本以為攜程顯示的海景房是低區海景，至尊海景是高區海景，結果不是。建議攜程把“海景房”改為“側海景”，“至尊海景”才能稱為“海景房”。第二，這是掛在攜程上邊的第三方公司提供服務，訂了有沙發的大床房，酒店説我訂的是家庭房，房間面積不變，把沙發放平鋪成床，我兩個人入住，不需要那麼多床。然後跑去前台吐槽，明説我要加錢升級海景房。酒店前台一個戴眼鏡的小個子女人很虛偽，明明有空房間，卻反覆強調房間滿了，加錢也不行，就是不想給我換房。我打開攜程APP，質問她要不要我現在就下單訂一個海景房？如果你解決不了，請讓你們經理出來，這個戴眼鏡的小個子女人這才重新操作，最後加了200多人民幣給我換到海景房，過程比較不爽。後面問她幾個附近旅行問題，一概不予回答，面帶微笑給我推薦門口擺攤的檔口，讓我去哪裡諮詢。前台這小個子眼鏡女不像是熱情的克羅地亞人，像捷克人或波蘭人。還特別強調房卡不能丟，丟了要賠10歐。門僮兼車庫引位與代泊，服務周到，要點贊。其他諸如餐廳之類的服務人員都還蠻熱情的，就是這個前台讓人不爽。這家酒店更多地主打親子路線，有多個游泳池。我訂的是含早晚餐的，晚餐也是自助餐，飲料需另點，晚餐品種還是蠻多的。網紅拍出來的圖片唯美，調高了我的期望值，現場實景不算差，但也談不上驚艷。
