The hotel was exactly what we expected, however......Alan, the duty manager, was AMAZING and made us feel like abolute royalty! He was fully engaged with us and tended to all our needs! I would highly recommend the hotel, especially to experience Alan's service. Thank you Alan for making our trip special!

I had breakfast at the hotel and I must recommend it’s one of the best I had. The hospitality was top notch. We interacted with David Mwaka he was so helpful and made sure we had a great time. Mwanda milimo also smily and welcome. Looking forward to going back to the hotel soon.

So I am back here after my last visit a little over a year ago. My biggest interest was to see whether my experience then would still be the same or better. In many things they have been able to do what most establishments fail to do, be consistent in service. From the Nespresso machines in the conference rooms and select hotel rooms, to the turn down service, the professional and friendly staff, this establishment continues to be one of the best spots to stay when in Livingstone to view the falls. Their cruise is to me the best on the river on this side of the Zambezi. It is one of the few destinations where you can both relax and work at the same time, take a dip in the pool with awesome views of the Zambezi, lounge in a Cabana whilst you read a book, catchup on your latest episode, or catch a tan whatever tickles your fancy. Whilst their breakfast is excellent their a la carte meals were a bit of a miss for me. Particularly for the price you pay for them. The cost of one meal would easily feed 2 or 3 at one of the fancy restaurants in town, where you would get much better food and options. Even the 10 minute taxi ride into town would not be much of a deterrent. This is the one area where the Radisson really needs to pull up its socks. My butter chicken curry was unseasoned and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The Basmati rice was bland and tasteless and at some point I thought they had given me par boiled rice. One of the few times in my life I did not finish half a curry dish and I love my curry. If you do have a moment do ensure you use the Spa and take advantage of the exclusive infinity pool up there. You will most certainly not regret it. Would love to give you four stars Radisson as everything else is there staff, rooms, view, grounds...but the food at that price is too much of a miss for me. Get that right and you will be scoring again.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming and safe with a great cooked breakfast which we ate by the pool. It may not be luxurious but it's great value for money. Gloria's daughter drove us to a local restaurant and collected us, which was very welcome. We were asked to bring US dollars to make payment on the day.
