we only arrived home today this was the worst experience to date on a Spanish holiday 1250 for 9 days at this 4 star / 2 star hotel. entrance to hotel is wow how beautiful to only be greeted with possibly the worst reception staff ever!!!!! rude ignorant and very unaccommodating. The worst was yet to come the rooms are an absolute disgrace dated old the beds are insulting the state of them so uncomfortable and we wore eating alive by bed bugs or something in the beds it was horrendous and the price we paid as for the entertainment?????? no shoes no live music nothing but older Spanish people waltzing around to very annoying music this hotel should advertise that under 60s are not welcome absolute rip off this hotel i honestly feel scammed of our money..... even restaurants outside are Spanish rude and food is dreadful and over priced. never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room we had was very clean with a balcony and all the facilities that the Hotel stated , the only minor fault the pillows we found a little hard,and the mini bar fridge not cool enough for me to keep my insulin cool enough, but apart from that we had an exelant time the breakfast was realy good with plenty of variety.

Absolutely amazing experience. In block B all inclusive. Our first family holiday abroad! The entertainment was just brilliant. Kids (8&6) absolutely loved it. The shows & karaoke, foam party and everything in-between..All of the staff made us feel very welcomed. Our favorite entertainer was of course Twerky 🤣 AKA Nico. The others were just as fantastic too! Food- pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream & sandwiches poolside. Chips were a little cold until they changed the way we were ordering mid week. Buffets inside we thought were really good a few nights the kids weren't really hungry or didn't fancy what was on but still got a few bits regardless. Crisps, nuts and sweets behind the bar on a night time. We also really enjoyed one of the Mexican outside dining experiences the food was lovely & staff again fantastic. Waterpark was fantastic. The children and us adults thoroughly enjoyed it! All of the lifeguards were friendly & huge thankyou to Nacho for sorting us out with a situation with my sons glasses! Maids changed our bedding though the week and gave us fresh towels daily. I spoke to one of them briefly who were lovely. Lots of shops within a 5-10 min walk including pepco which was super cheap for clothing if you've forgotten anything! (Lidl was a short walk away too for extra suncream) Benidorm was a short bus journey away getting on the bus right outside the resort. We went to the beach & my little girl had her hair braided. The only thing I would make as a suggestion is to have an information pack up on arrival. We arrived at midnight so I didn't ask many questions as we were all tired. Most info is online or at the reception but would have been good to have the info to look at! The map was also a little confusing but we got our heads around it fairly quickly. We will definitely be back! 👏

The accommodation was really nice,key pickup not so good,could be improved by having a key safe on wall of villa, also we were told to leave key on kitchen table,we tried several time's but automatic doors just closed on us, so had to put keys just inside
