酒店前台服務態度很好，但業務非常之不好。 到酒店不讓early check in可以理解，前台問好價格，去餐廳買早餐，餐廳價格和前台給的價格不一樣。check out時想用酒店的車去機場，問了前台一個價格，覺得比Ola稍微貴一點，還行，說吃好飯回來訂，結果回來之後換了個前台，價格又變了，比Ola貴一倍了。 Early Check In，酒店開始嚴格要求不能提早入住，必須下午2點，溝通無奈后表示理解，隨即出去用午餐，回來后才中午12點，發現酒店竟然給另一對白人夫婦check in，而且還提供了毛巾和welcome drink。我check in時候完全沒有這些。 以上說明酒店管理非常混亂。 保安倒是各個熱情打招呼。早餐價格不貴，但餐品一般。 房間硬件很好，空調也很給力，不過冰箱非常老舊，在莊園一般的heritage裏，非常的吵。 衛生情況衹是看上去很美，木地板腳踩的話，會很快就黑了。房間內還有超級大的幾隻蒼蠅飛舞，嗡嗡嗡，有點噁心。 整體看性價比還不錯，就是前台讓人非常惱火，衛生情況也配不上硬件。

Service was good. But construction was going on so it was dusty and noisy. But i came for cricket match. Since it’s really close to chepauk, it served the purpose of my visit.

Hey there! i wanted to share my experience at a wonderful place i recently visited. It was so peaceful and had such a great vibe - the staff were super friendly and polite, which made my stay even better. The room had all the standard amenities and was well-kept. Also, they had some amazing childcare facilities and fun games to play, which was great for my little ones. And let's not forget about the food - it was top-notch quality and absolutely delicious! overall, we had a fantastic time and left feeling very happy and satisfied.

環境非常好，是金奈的富人區；服務非常好，印度小哥的笑容從來就沒消失過，雖然印度英語聽上去有點費勁，但是小哥熱情啊，永遠有答案，包括介紹周邊環境，幫忙約車，甚至我們提出買茶葉，還打電話到超市去問有沒有；房間有點老，不過夠乾淨，被子很軟，不知道是不是所謂的印度棉；樓頂花園超贊的，拿本書在蘇木樹下，三角梅沙漠玫瑰雞蛋花開的都不想出門了；服務真的好，早餐也好，雖然種類不多，不過很用心做的，味道也不錯，有印度口味也有麵包咖啡和麥片 總之不錯，是酒店的設備和私家客棧的結合，有客棧般的溫暖，又有酒店般的服務。不錯不錯。

We had an amazing experience at this property. The owner and host were really friendly and helpful. Especially the host was available all the time and he helped us every time. They’ve 7 rooms 4 rooms on the first floor and 3 rooms on the second floor. Beside the rooms they have common living areas where you can enjoy your meal. They provide cutlery, milk, tea on demand
