Absolutely beautiful. Modern with everything you need. Love the decor well thought out and in the perfect location, walking distance from Melbourne Central and a few laneways within a short distance to entice your tastebuds

房間里奧特萊斯很近 周邊超市飯店都有 有兩個或三個獨立房間 客廳 家電樣樣齊全 平時吃飯可以自做美食 也可以周邊飯店 非常方便 適合人多或者家庭旅遊 小孩子非常喜歡這樣的酒店 平時吃飯全是11歲的小孩下廚 做得開心 吃得開心 玩得開心 是一次完美的假期旅程 感謝！

非常好的住宿體驗，房間乾淨整潔，很有品位，主人非常熱情。酒店共有六個房間，房間裏設施齊全，有陽台，廚房。地理位置超棒，去看企鵝表演，駕車15分鐘可到。

酒店位置很方便，火車站幾步直達，停車也很方便， 直達電梯。
辦理入住時，找辦公室找得比較費勁。
辦入住的老先生服務周到，解釋詳細。
卧室沒有空調， 床品衹有毛毯， 不過跟攜程溝通后但，在老先生的陪同下在房間柜子裏找到了取暖器和更多的 毛毯后， 房間和洗澡時取暖的問題解決了。
兩卧室的公寓在主卧連不到wifi信號，希望能改進。
總的來說，入住體驗還不錯。

地理位置挺好的，出門幾條街都是吃的逛的，附近有楊國福麻辣燙和蘭州拉麪，推薦蘭州拉麪！但是兩室一廳的其中一個房間沒有空調，換氣不是很好，床不算大，但是兩個人也夠睡，被子有一點薄。另外前台不是24小時的，不是很方便，不提供水和牙刷牙膏，公寓型酒店基本中規中矩吧。想追求一些服務喝體驗的話不是很適合，但是實用性還可以，可以做飯，但是我沒有使用。

工作人員很好，入住那天一早就打電話來確認。入住時因為我們有兩小孩還免費升級了大的套房，房間乾淨寬敞舒服。酒店位置是附近幾個suburb 的一個小商業核心，有條不大的商業街，但該有的商店也都有了，在澳洲算是很方便的了。不遠處Mercy Hospital 門口就有一個火車站，交通算很不錯了。要說美中不足可能就是Wi-Fi網速不好，聯網設備數量有限制，這可能是澳洲通病了，酒店可能有心無力。

CCola_JC前台服務人員很親切，就在唐人街裡面，地理位置很好，生活機能方便，房間乾淨。有膠囊咖啡機很加分👍🏻

TTaralesleyWe had an amazing stay at Quest Flemington Central.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented.
The kitchen was packed with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all plates, bowls, cups or cutlery we could need.
Washer and dryer as well as a balcony, it really was a lovely room, we were very happy!
The pool was heated and the roof top view was gorgeous, it was very relaxing and great for a morning or late night dip. Staff were very respectful and accommodating.

惟有清潔房間方面不足。服務員告之隔日會全面打掃房間，在住了二天後的確有！但住了四天就完全沒有！就連倒垃圾桶都沒有！

Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections.
Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment.
None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests.
FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building.
The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful.
In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross.
I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind.
The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

非常喜歡!跟別間長的不一樣 唯獨這間白色小木屋是有墊高的~~~
到的時候沒有服務人員 是自己去服務櫃台 打電話 報姓名 會有專人講解住宿的房間
去的時候隔壁安排一對老夫妻 他們好可愛 哈哈還跟我打招呼
那邊晚上路上沒人沒車 非常安靜的! 睡得很舒服 有電毯
附近可以找個地方看星星 超級美
唯一小缺點 就是廁所一直有小飛蟲 但澳洲生物多樣性 又是偏僻一點的地方 所以能接受!
下次去一定再住一次

AAC一個振興和物有所值的地方。
地點:我們沒有租車,但可以從CBD那裏坐火車(30分鐘)和公共汽車(10分鐘)。如果你從拉文頓搭乘496路公交車,從巴士站步行8分鐘即可到達酒店,如果你從威廉斯蘭丁乘坐497路公交車,需要18分鐘,但你可以在市中心購物(Coles,Aldi,K-Mart和中國超市),在不同餐廳吃飯,修指甲或按摩。
設施:單位配備齊全,有具,我們煮了早餐。沒有自助早餐,但鄉村俱樂部點菜菜單。鄉村俱樂部也有健身房和游泳池。
附近景點:我們去了Weribee zoom,Weribee Park,Weribee Mansion,Joseph's resturant。動物園有野生動物園巴士,是一個很棒的景點。
工作人員:工作人員很有幫助。我們前一天要求湖景房。他們打電話給清潔工,幫助我們,因爲我們的入住日是公共假日。非常感謝。

NNickedddd這間是第二次住了！我真心推薦這個飯店，真的會是我來墨爾本的首選！首選！首選！價格方便真的很實惠，真的是達標到我心中的一定程度才有辦法連說三次😂 房間很大床很軟睡的很好☺️ 還有客廳沙發跟廚房都能自己稍為料理一下食物！很讚👍🏻
雖然位於市區但離CBD有小段距離，但有叮叮車呀市區是免費搭乘的叮個三四站就能開始逛街了！若要說有沒有缺點還真是有一個我覺的能改善的部分！
飯店大門口的電動門是不需刷卡感應就能進入的，雖說有兩道大門第二道需要有飯店門卡刷卡才能進入，第一道大門以及第二道大門之間算是有一個座椅區吧！因為第一道大門不需刷卡導致有天回來時，遇到一個遊民居然😅直接在那個座椅區脫褲子！😱 哇靠真的會嚇死 如果這點能改善會讓住戶感覺更加放心以及安全！

AAixiaodexiaoyul酒店位於亞拉河南岸，在房間即可俯瞰亞拉河美麗的夜景。酒店地理位置極佳，距唐人街、聖保羅大教堂、弗林德斯街車站等墨爾本重要景點步行20分鐘內皆可到達。房間按公寓標準設計，廚房很大設施很全完全可以做飯。兩卧室兩衞設定，其中一間還帶有浴缸，既方便家人交流又保有各自私隱非常適合有大孩子的家庭入住。房間乾淨整潔，床品較舒適，入住體驗感很好。除了西式早餐品種簡單了一些外，這家酒店非常值得推薦。

訪訪客用戶This is a good location and the rooms are spacious with a good layout, however there were a few issues with the room. I took photos of a range of things like a broken bedside table drawer, chewing gum on the bathroom bin, marks on the walls, broken foot pedal on the main bin, brown frozen liquid in the ice cube container in the freezer, stained coffee cups, folded up corner of the rug etc. Also note that parking is available, but not included. The check in instructions will provide you with information on how to access the car park without mentioning the price, but it is not free, there is a daily fee for the car park and the turning space on the ramp to access the bottom level of the car park is quite tight, however there are some parks on the first level which allowed us to avoid the curved ramp.
The location is a great spot if you have a car, not far from the free tram zone on the edge of the city, close to Carlton where there are great food options. All of the issues were only small things that didn't ruin our stay, this could be a great place to stay with a bit more attention to detail and customer care. I received no response to my emails showing photos of the issues in the room. They also required photos of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card for after hours check in which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I hope they can address the issues and provide a better customer experience as the location is great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a table, lounge area and 2 bedrooms in our room. I'd be happy to stay here again and hopefully the issues have been addressed to make it a great experience.
