我們最近在這個酒店住了2晚,因爲雖然價格過高,但其每晚的價格比競爭對手的要好。前台工作人員非常友好和樂於助人,我們的房間乾淨寬敞。早餐是假日快捷酒店的標準票價,我們每天早上都欣賞一種新鮮水果(第一個早上是橘子,第二個是香蕉),牀很舒服。入住最糟糕的地方,也是我不再住在這裏的原因:我們房間的空調聲音太大了......牆上有一個空調好像什麼也沒做,導致我們直接在窗戶下試用空調。這個裝置在房間冷卻時效果很好,但是,即使使用了耳塞,聲音也太大,我們無法入睡。唯一有效的解決辦法是完全關閉空調,導致半夜房間過於溫暖。(對佛羅里達的高溫不滿意)太令人沮喪了!!位置還行;不靠近我們參觀過的坦帕灣的東西和人,最近在Pinellas的交通很糟糕。如果情況對你來說也是這樣,那麼在計算何時離開以到達某地時,再加一些時間。

I booked this for my wife to attend a religious speaker near by this hotel. My wife arrived late and was not greeted how any customers should be greater. ONLY ”ID PLEASE!” As my wife searched for her ID he said another ”I SAID I NEED YOUR ID” The next day I get a call from the woman at the front desk say that I was staying in two room and I would be charged and I needed to figure out what room I wanted to stay. I called my wife to ask what was the situation with the ac that made her change room. She did not change room nor complain about anything. The woman in the phone said ”Well we need to figure this out and someone needs to move the luggage to one room or we are going to bill you for both rooms” I told her she was wrong my wife was still in the original room. I ask to talk to the manager she told me they would not call till Monday. Insulting us and insinuating that we were defrauding an inn keeper. Stay June 23 to June 25. I have messaged in the app and the text message service the hotel uses with out any responses.

Under construction! we were not aware this hotel would be under construction. The gym facility is completely removed/closed. Great customer service. Just real inconvenience to have the construction happening during your stay. The smell of paint through out the hall ways is pretty strong. There is plastic up everywhere and front desk is a fold table. The hotel room door SLAM so hard everytime someone on the floor closed their door its heard thorugh out the entire floor and you feel like your room door slams with it. It really is disturbing at 2:00am, 3:00am..I woke up every time a door slammed. The staff is friendly and working the best with what they have as a set-up. Just make sure construction/paint/renovation is complete before booking.

全程最差的一個，說最後一個房間 進去一股煙味，晚上所有能關的袋子全部關牢，露在外麪的全部上了煙味，好在自己帶了睡袋 不然露宿街頭了
