I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

房間很好很大,廚房設施很全,位置絕對好。自助checkin拿鑰匙也不難,但最好攜程頁面要寫清楚,另外進入大門的密碼攜程也沒給,要自己聯繫管理方。車子停馬路對面車位,搬行李上樓時候吃了罰單,理由是這個車位衹限住户,60歐啊。

Lighting can be improved as it was limited to the lamps at the bedside area. Water shower hose can be difficult for families with young children to use. Overall, very convenient location if planning to stay in Lisbon for a few days.

我會再次預訂,但更大的房間。安裝的沒有完全關閉浴室/廁所的玻璃門永遠不會是我最喜歡的。 前台接待服務爲本,熱情,清潔人員應指示溝通,不要在9.30am大喊大叫。 位置不錯。沒有景色,但這一直是市中心小酒店的問題。 我本來希望有更多的CR7粉絲文章。

酒店樓下開完了紫色的鮮花,頂樓還有為俱樂部套房客人專享的浴缸,套房很好價格還不貴,附近的大西洋海鮮超棒,裏斯本的朋友英文水平不錯,而且都很熱情,治安很好,白天還有去羅卡角可以坐火車,平生第一次擁抱大西洋,就是距離北京有1⃣️萬公裏,時差7個小時,太遙遠了,

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location wise it is great! It’s situated in a very convenient location with buses and metro just a few minutes walk. The room is clean and quiet as well. We have nothing to complain about, highly recommend!
