OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

花瓣是一個美麗的,維護良好的度假村,靠近Thariode附近的主路,我強烈推薦它,原因有很多。我們在那裏住了3晚,工作人員樂於助人,很有禮貌。食物太好了,種類繁多。我們選擇了遺產房,很乾淨,充滿了所有設施,並享有山谷的美景。度假村有一個很棒的游泳池,遊戲室,水療中心和羽毛球場。總而言之,這是一個完美的住宿,很想再來。

海岸景酒店感覺有點陳舊,但總體乾淨,電視不起作用,但馬上修好了。自助早餐和餐廳很好吃,工作人員很熱心。
不幸的是,我沒有收到我的信用卡付款的詳細聲明在結賬。
儘管自回家以來多次電子郵件請求,但我沒有收到總額的詳細說明,所以我對我的房間收取的費用和多少感到困惑。請儘快把它附加到電子郵件中嗎?

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

推薦這家酒店給大家,一切都很乾淨,很美味,很熱情。全體員工都很高興,願意幫忙。在阿維德診所住一個月後我們就來了,所以我們吃了早餐和午餐和晚餐。丈夫去健身房,我去按摩臉。健身很大,但最低限度。游泳池不深,但很乾淨。人少,但都自由了)餐廳裏一切都很好吃,照顧客人。驚奇的是沒有魚...在SPA上按摩不錯,化妝品也很好。在之前,加油-哈姆。我很懂SPA辦公室的子,我想買這樣的。明年我們會再來印度,在這裏住2個晚上。一切都很好。酒店經理人很好,團隊很棒!

訪訪客用戶I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

訪訪客Leela, Kovalam是一家令人驚歎的酒店,我11歲的兒子和我強烈推薦!它位於俯阿拉伯海的懸崖上。我們升級爲Club Room,爲您提供前往The Cafe餐廳、供應Club會員免費早餐7-10:30am和High Tea5-6pm的餐廳以及額外La Cart可收費午餐和晚餐。俱樂部客房非常出色,設有一個陽台,配有桌子和椅子,俯阿拉伯海,特大牀,牀墊和牀上用品非常舒適,淋浴,水槽和廁所都很棒,配備了所有的洗浴用品。房間打掃得很好,食物很棒。我們在這裏安全地吃了一切,沒有胃不舒服,工作人員很棒!我們會很高興回來的!

訪訪客用戶We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the resort. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views. There are swings for both kids and adults, ***** with a dedicated kids' play area, making it a great choice for families.
We booked a Garden View Cottage with a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was good. For lunch and dinner, we ordered à la carte.
The overall service was excellent, and the staff was polite, friendly, and attentive.
A special thanks to Mr. Nalin from the F&B team. He provided exceptional service and took great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience memorable.
A few suggestions for improvement:
The open swimming pool has a minimum depth of 3 feet. A 2-foot shallow section would be much safer and more enjoyable for small children. The other two swimming pools were under renovation during our stay, so I couldn't comment on them.
Adding more North Indian food options to the menu would be appreciated.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this resort to families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

房間可愛,寬敞,一塵不染,非常舒適,有我們完美的休息所需的一切。食物是另一個亮點,每頓飯都美味,呈現精美,味道十足。特別要提到餐廳的Jeeva,他讓我們的用餐體驗更加難忘,服務如此周到和熱情,但所有的餐廳工作人員都非常出色,每頓飯都是一種樂趣。還有安菊,他是如此可愛,再次非常細心,但我不得不說每個工作人員都非常愉快,這使我們的住宿非常出色。
不能推薦這個地方的寶石足夠,我們已經計劃下一次訪問!

At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night )
We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access.
Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally.
I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for.
Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season.
Room service was good. The room was clean.
Room offered a great pool view.
We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options.
Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous.
Stay here if you get good deals.
