這家酒店各方面基本符合希爾頓標準,説幾個特別的地方:第一,位置便利,離火車站很近,步行可達,步行可達莎士比亞出生地那條街,有一家Morrison超市也很近;酒店四個方向都有行人可以進出的小門,google map可能不是很準確。第二,Junior Suite 其實就是一個大房間,沙發可以改成沙發床,沒什麼套間的感覺,但是沙發床挺大的。那個沙發的靠墊被工作人員鋪成沙發床的時候是被墊在地上的,如果進門以後要坐沙發,還是先拍打拍打吧,感覺不是特別乾淨。這家酒店不提供牙刷之類的,管前台要也沒有,需要自己準備。第三,前台服務人員,入住那天是位女服務員,服務較差,早餐地點和時間也沒有主動説,加床也遲遲沒有安排,從房間打電話半天也沒人接,我用手機從外線撥才匆忙接起來,告訴她我還以為是房間電話壞了。後來一天的男服務員服務就很熱情,告訴我們火車票的使用,還有去火車站便捷的小門,還有一位男服務員看我們有小朋友,還多給了幾瓶水和曲奇,所以還是信任希爾頓的服務的,衹是希望加強對所有員工的培訓

For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

匿匿名用戶The building is impressive and stunning. The room is a little bit outdated but still well maintained. They keep the hotel very warm and welcoming. The garden is breathtaking. I also enjoyed their spa facilities especially the little outdoor spa pool which is very refreshing. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
